Today we're doing another simple exercise, and this time, I want to know what Silva has done for you... but in only 6 words! I know it sounds tricky but it really isn't.
To give you an example, here's my 6-word Silva story:
Spread enlightenment, better & better, helping humanity.

Well, I think it would be really helpful for all of us to not only focus on the most important things that we want or have in our lives (that you're achieving using the Silva Method) but it's also good for me to know just how much my father's work has helped all of you towards living the lives that you desire.
