I am glad you are enjoying the lessons and the website. To answer your question: A silva seminar is a weekend long intensive, where you are personally taught by a certified silva instructor. This benefit of this is the total immersion is the most potent way to learn silva techniques.

The home study courses (Silva Life System, Silva Mind Body Healing and Silva Ultra Mind) are designed for you to be able to learn all the silva techniques at home. Silva Life System contains all the same material as a seminar, but on audioi courses, so you can learn at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home. Silva Mind Body healing and Ultra mind take techniques learned in life system and build on them.

The trainings are a series of lessons that start you on your way to a silva living. Its a great place to start and see if you enjoy using and learning the Silva method.

Thank you for an enlightening and hope-giving video! I’m trying hard to keep my spirits up, but I’m not very successful. My life is all in ruins: 11 years ago my husband and I tried to build a home of our own for our 4 children. But the entrepreneur who was in charge of building it cheated us and took all our money, leaving us with an unfinished house. Ever since, we have been taking and paying credits, we have a mortgage on our house, now we are no longer able to pay our bills, we will have to sell the house and I can’t imagine what is going to happen to us. We both work hard, luckily enough we still have jobs,but being teachers in Hungary is absolutely hopeless. I’m doing my best to use the Silva method, but I’m permanently in such a state of terror that I can’t even get to my level. I think I will try writing down my negative beliefs — ABOUT EVERYTHING!- and re-write them in a positive way. It won’t be an easy job, though… 11 years of fears and permanent stress have broken me, it’s a wonder that I’m still, apparently, healthy!

Hi Laura,
I have listened to all your recordings and they are great, as you are.
I have a problem visualizing. I have been told I am seriously AD, and will build my visualization skills with practice, but I may practice daily, but I still am unable to visualize things. How can I build up my ability to visualize? Do you have any hints?
