I watched several videos of Jose, they brought back many memories of graduate classes I took in the early 1970’s that he presented. I still use many of the lessons that were taught, three finger, projection, full body relax and the ability to go to level with a simple 3,2,1.…

Hello, The first two reactions come from “old” students. I just started and want to tell you that it works for me. And indeed I get better and better. I want to be good for myself, for others and humanity. I became a Silva affiliate, not to active yet, but I made a start on markbiemans.nl . I think this could change the world. I can feel and see the positive influence I have on other people. But we need more languages. Let’s start with Dutch for example. 3 3 3 2 2 1 Yes, I could help start a European Silva communication Center. I can speak Dutch, English, French, German and some Spanish. Hello Laura, This website is to good to be true. So is the Silva-method. Thank you so much. I developped the (dutch) “Stopwel-methode” to help people to stop smoking. It will soon be released in English as well. Also I developped the “Doos-methode” (box-method) to help people to get out of their depression. For free on my website. To help humanity. Hi Laura I have been doing the Silva Method for over 20 years. I am now 64 years old and people think I am in my 40’s. I also do more cardio and lift weights and in some ways am better than I was in my 20’s. Healthwise, brainpowerwise, and positive thinking wise , among other things. some things in my life, however have been resistant to change. I do not have a good relationship with my son and I am in short supply of money a lot of the time. sometimes when I am involved in a project and am getting close to my goal, people ruin it or shortcircuit me and I never treach the goal. this has happened on such a consistant basis that I have come to think of it as my karma. Maybe it is a bad haabit and I am drawing those undermining people ito my life because I ahve fear of success. However I have not been ablot to stop it as of yet. Sometimes I can work cases better than others. It depends on my energy. I think of you running your 7 miles a day and I know that I just have to do more and get myself more“excited” about my projects, but sometimes I just can’t do it. That is why I need a community of others involved in Silva to relate to on a regular basis and I think other people do too. Thank Let’s all get BETTER AND BETTER LOVE JANET WOLFMAN
Hi, I would like to know if there is a community here in Brazil because I’d like to practise and change information with other people. I took the course in the 1980’s and I got many things at that time. But lately it seems it isn’t working anymore and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Yo estube en el curso del metodo silva en el año de 1986 realizado en el Colegio Claretiano de la ciudad de Neiva Departamento Huila Pais Colombia quisiera saber sobre como puede seguir aprendiendo mas sobre la meditación dinamica ya que hasta ahora me ha parecido espectacular.
