For me, one of the best aspects of the Silva system has been making me aware of my intention, and projecting my intention out into the universal consciousness. I do sales over the phone - cold calling sales - some of the most difficult work around. It can be a tough job, with lots and lots of rejection.
One day, I decided to change the game. I started to use my Silva training and project an image of successful conversation, and ultimately getting a sale with a happy, satisfied customer.
My sales figures went though the roof! All the other folks were staring at me, mouths open, trying to figure out what I did to cause such a drastic increase in my sales volume. I simply told them I changed my intention; most people looked at me a bit funny, as if I was daft, but a few others were inquisitive. With them, I shared the Silva system. Of course, their sales went up quickly too!

Good morning.
I took the Silva Mind Control Course in Newton Massachusetts in 1975. I was so impressed that I bought the course for both my husband and my 12 year old son. (The course was $150.00 back in those days, which would be comparable to about $900 today~!)
I have used the techniques that I learned for everything from sound sleep to diagnosing illness in people, animals and birds. I am now 70 years old and my mind is sharper, better focused and much more comprehensive than it was 34 years ago. I LOVE my mind and consciousness... and "it" loves me!! Smile.
I believe that much of what I like so much about "me" today was started on the path to "becoming" by my Silva Mind Control guidance so long ago.

Several jewelry stores who carried my line of jewelry have closed in the last couple of years due to their "economy". Therefore my economy has suffered. I was just thinking the other day I would like to get a job, but not just any job. The phone rang and out of the blue, someone whom I hadn't talked to in 3 years, who is the manager of a store in a large jewelry chain called me and offered me a job because of my expertise. My intuition tells me to take the offer.
Listen, I watch what I think about and things are good for

am very thankful that i discovered silva ultra, as i was alweys go to edgar cayce library in virginia beach, i look around will pick books and sit down for 2-3hours there, so i am alweys & still looking for good books to grap my attention so i can check it out for 30days, as i was walking around one day i saw a book 2books vol1-2, jose silva story, i thought ididnt matter but some how i check it out, see if i'll like it so i start reading it just got me so very intrested that, i kept the books 2more months i'll go back to edgar cayce A.R.E library.i would talk to linda who works there about the books she tell me that lots people come here looking for his work/books,it change the way i think it show me that we can re program our mind the way we want.to look in life, frist i thought it was crayz, that i come from Somalia Africa, that you only knew what i was told, after few mothns i travel to see family it just didnt click no more,i felt diffrent the way they talk argue or felt like why cant they stop & read.jose silva, silva mind control:) I learn how to meditate frist time in my life i never new such think. last year i visited my older sister one day i was in the room meditating, when her doughter saw me & called her mother, they both standing @ the door watching me so i felt theair presance i opened my eyes my sister was holding her mouth open, she said what in the world are you doing here alone sitting by your self:) i told her i am meditating she said what is meditation? and she said is that a new religion stuff, so i told her if i try to tell her she will not try to listen to me.

I have been useing the Silva method for five months every day since I purchaced the program. I meditate and use the cd,s. I go to sleep quickly and sleep all night and my stress level is much better.It is a large program and it will take some time to go throuh it all. Thank you.
I discovered the Silva method through an old book of Jose Silva, and then purchased the home course. At that time, I was a single parent with two very young sons and no home to call my own. A single woman in India is easy prey, reviled and looked down upon. I found myself a job and I practised regularly and concentrated on abundance. Today one son is is pilot, another is doing his engineering and I have my own home. The Silva Method works. It gives us abundance of love, of health and all the good in life. Any time I had debts and bills and any sort of crisis, I would breathe deeply, count from ten to one, and feel calm and positive. What Silva gave me was stability, a stress free mental frame with which to deal with life. I am deeply grateful to Silva for helping me go through life with my head held high.
My husband and I have been doing the silva system since august. We both meditate everymorning before work. The major feeling that we both notice is we are more positive, calm, and more focused. We look forward to using the different methods of silva life systems.

I have been using the Silva System for around five months, since I'm retired and rely on fixed pension payments for my income I can't say that the system has increased my wealth, but I can say that it has greatly increased my ability to accept the recent downturns in income and increase in prices as I am much les stressed about it all, I also sleep much better and don't lie awake worrying about it all as I know that I will be able to cope. Laura is correct, the Economy is a myth thought up by politicians to keep us worried and thus less able to see what they are up to. I have also learned to accept that money is in fact worthless, It's PAPER for goodness sake printed by the politicians, again just to keep us quiet.

I grew up in a very abusive situation.My mother was bipolar and schizophrenic and hated me.i was the oldest girl of 6.My father was gone most of the time,when he was there he was very angry and mean.He left when i was 5,my mother was giving us away.I have had many issues to overcome,i knew i had to be positive or i would sink into a place of no return.Having a positive attitude and seeing the good has helped me to survive,when i read about the Silva program i knew i was on the right path.Thank you for your work,it is changing lives,very powerful.

Been practicing RV(RI), Mindbox from Burt, and the little Silva materials I have got. I am sure some old fashioned dentist would say it's crazy but I have gone from 4 real really hurting tooth decay spots and having to take painkillers to 0 painkillers and only 1 advil every once in a while. Developed my own little mantra for that: I just say to the nerves "quietooo..." (stop it)and any beginning pain simply goes away. Working on my economy, so that later I can help someone else's economy after I can take care of my own teeth.
The Silva method has helped me overcome several stressfull experiences - both my parents have passed on in a little more that a year apart. I lost my job due to downsizing and my home. So moved my family across the country to start over only to find locating work to support them wasn't easy. As I said the Silva method is working for me.
I have been using the Silva Life System for almost two weeks and already have a different perspective in regards to life in general. I meditate and listen to the cd's - already sleep better as well as falling asleep much faster - NICE. My first experience with The Silva Method was in 1980 when I took the two weekend Silva Mind Control Course. During that time I was totally blown away by the things I learned.
I (and everyone else in the course) had a clear experience of our extra sensory perception. Too lengthy to explain here, but I clearly saw a woman (on my mental screen) who I didn’t know (my partner simply told me her name and location) and was able to see that she had problems with her knees and also stomach problems. This was verified by my partner! The Glove Anesthesia technique is great for relieving pain! And the Three Finger Technique works well for going to Alpha level instantly!
I was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism…so I used the Theatre of the Mind technique for three weeks running...visualizing my thyroid working correctly. My last blood test showed that I am now in the normal range for thyroid function!
Another technique I learned in the workshop was the “cancel, cancel” phrase to use when I catch myself thinking a negative thought. My subconscious mind can then cancel that one out!

I havnt been able to afford the Silvo system but have got the free lessons on line and have read the testimonials i use what i have learned and it has helped me with my health and state of mind im so grate ful. I have been a Silva graduate for many years and I attended a voluntary graduate group hosted by my intructor Tina Coleman until she had to end the group for her personal reasons. I use Silva Mind methods daily.

I know the Silva System works if you follow the courses and believe in the power of yorself and your God given rights. Since I completed the Silva Life System course in July I have won 2 contests and received $750. And I don't enter many contests. So your course more than paid for itself. My blood pressure used to be borderline high but now, through meditation, it is normal. My doctors had been pushing me to take medication for several years, but now they are scratching their heads and say that whatever I'm doing, just keep it up. My intuition is kicking in too. At work there is a bank of 6 elevators, and when I am not consciously thinking about it, I find myself drifting toward the 1 elevator door that will open. Last week I had a strong urge to tidy up the apartment, so I did. Two hours later I had surprise company.

I did not use anything regarding finances or wealth yet, but I KNOW when I do, I KNOW IT'S GOING TO WORK.
How can I be so sure?... I started by learning your meditation and visualization techniques which work wonders for me. Normally, around this time of the year when the weather gets a little cold, I get a horrible sciatic pain that stays with me through the whole winter days. Cold means pain... Not anymore. I used your method to visualize my own healing and there is no pain on my back, no sciatic torture.
Also, I have been trying to loose weight for the longest time and never with succeed, no matter what diet I'd take on.
I discovered though, that the main reason why I don't loose weight is my love for bread, and all sweets (cakes, candy, chocolate, brownies, ice cream, etc.). Every Friday, when Challah is freshly made, I'd go to the bakery to get a big loaf, and by day's end, also the bread is gone, and I did it all by myself!!, yes, the whole huge loaf in a day !!
All that changed when I learned about your two meditations to loose weight, it worked just like magic.
I did the two meditations the same night. Two days later, it was Friday, off I went for my Challah...
What happened was unbelievable. About 10 minutes after I ate my first chunk of bread, I got such a horrible heartburn... I couldn't understand why, this never happened before! . Yes, true, but I never did such meditations forbidding this (and others) bread from my diet!!
Maybe I had momentarily forgotten but, my subconscious didn't and caused that reaction in my body so I would stop eating and remember that "I don't need all this bread, it's not good for me, for my weight, for my figure, for my health"...
Laura, I am happy to report to you that in the last two weeks I lost already almost 5 pounds not changing anything in my diet, just the fact that I stopped eating bread did it.
Now my next meditation is going to be on those sweets devils

Its been about 5 days since i started the meditations, the deep relaxation techniques that go through levels 3 to 1.Has my life improved? I am not sure but I do get upset when i don't use the meditation exercises regularly three times a day.

Many years ago I bought a copy of "the Silva Mind Control" book after a tragedy occurred in my life. I read most of it and went on to study many self help theories like NLP, REIKI, Healing Touch, Hypnosis,and so forth! Yet I come back to this one little book, dog eared, with words underlined, stars in the margin to say remember this! The Silva book I have has been an anchor throughout my life. I have lived through many hardships and came out stronger for using the Silva methods in this little book during my darkest time of needing guidance. My husband was killed 4 days after I turned 21 years old, we had a 3 year old son, he is now 43 y.o. I can't imagine how different my life would be today if I had not found that first little book. I am very human and let life over whelm me at times. In my darkest moments the Silva techniques are there to get me back to a safe place, giving me strength to over come many odds, and peace of mind to make the right decisions. I am glad you sent your email. I was wondering what would be my next step. David Che sent me his book on the Law Of Attraction the Secrets. I read it last night. It is easy reading. I thought of you and your healing methods around 4am this morning. I was introduce to something similar without practice. I join the church but driopped out because of chemical harassment. It is mind bogling, I have met so many nice people over the Internet, including you, of course. I have to get back into things. I am trying to get people to do the research on this and stop it but I am at the wits end. I feel hopless that I am not able to convince people how dangerous this is.
Getting your email is refreshing, will the Universe help in solving this problem or do I have to participate to stop it?
I am lost in this predictment but there is hope. I will read your texts and see if I am enlightened about this.

I know this program works, I been using the Silva method for about 3 weeks and have started to see a big change in my life, before I was very skeptical about everything in my life, I used to have a lot of negativeness inside me. I felt that there was nothing more for me. After I read about the Silva method I was curious about it so I decided to buy the program. I never regret about the investment I did, I found out that there is more for everyone of us and that by meditating and getting to the alpha level you can accomplish more and more in every way you want. This is amazing!
I practice daily meditation now, it is part of my life.

The Silva method has helped me almost completely get rid of stress. I`ve been experimenting with different affirmations and positive thinking throughout the day and the results have been great. I`m doing better in school(University) than ever, my strength and stamina have improved, and I haven`t been sick for months! I`m enrolled in the Marine Corps ROTC as well as in my college gymnastic team, so not having to deal with illness and the improved performance has really halped me stand out among my peers. The Silva Method has helped me face the possible death of my 38 year old daughter who has melamona multiple brain tumors.
Even though I use the 3 screen technique to see her whole and tumor free, I have come to the realization that this might not mean that she will continue on this earth plane even though this is what I want very much.

People have noticed that I have peacfulness around me and my eyes are bright and clear. Which people have commented on. I seem to be putting an energy out that is positive and people who don't really believe in mind stuff have commented on how great and happy and peacful I am and are asking what happened.
I am also finding hidden programmes that have been running for many years surfacing, and I am able to deal with them and reprogram my beliefs. Incidents that I had forgotten all about.

Oh my goodness, I was just offered a room with its own bathroom in exchange for caring for two dogs and a cat! At a time when I was about to despair because so much appeared stacked against me, I kept repeating It is about MY economy, I can be home anywhere I choose to live and I was offered a chance to restart my life in a very prosperous part of CT! Suddenly there is no reason to settle for things I want and I will be living with people who know how to build wealth. The funny part is that it is so far away from what I am used to, I can't even continue to do what I did where I have been working for years--the commute alone would be ridiculous! And I find I have friends who are willing to refer me for work out that way. The dogs and cat don't require my full time and so I was informed that I was welcome to build a practice out there!

Some years ago, my brother gave me a book about the Silva method. I never had time to read this.Sudenly my brother past away. He was the last of my 4 family members who died within 10 years. First it was my dad, so my husband, than my dear mother. My brother's death was the final strouk I ever had imagined. I felt deprived of everything, sinking into a big black hole. It was first after his death one day I look back nostalgically on the book he had given me. I glimpse it and thought that it is quite interesting, but did not really have time to test whether it worked. A few years later, when I took drivinglessons,and had dumped a few times, I came to remember the book again and took it out after just a week workouts, I had some good experiences while I meditated daily. The day of my examination i've got the worst time i could ever imagine- 08.30am. I thought it is in the worst traffic in the city. I live in Copenhagen and at. 8:30 in the morning, is not to getting through on the street. I met my instructor 1 hour before the test. We took a last trip before the test. She gave me the last instruktions and some advice for some of the points that could be difficult.I had a few errors + my nervs and all these people that bycing her in my city who were sååå many of this early friday morning. Since I had half hour of driving with a police officer, he guided me in exactly the same trip as I had been running with my instructor, the only difference was that there was no byciculs in the road and as if all traffic had gone away. I did not believe my own eyes but it was true. This could possibly be just a coincidence. he could not possibly hit the same gæder as I had been running half an hour before. There actually exists millions of other opportunities he could guide me to run. I felt certain that I got through with help from from somewhere. I also got my license that day.Now I know that the Silva System works if you follow the courses and believe in the power of yorself and the univers.

I am the mother of six, two boys eight and thirteen still at home. I have been interested in awakening since I was fifteen yrs old. It has become on obsession in the last few years. I read Jose Silva's Mind Control book a few weeks ago and then had to see if the method survived till today and the online market, to my delight it did and it also offered a free 9 courses. I have been meditating everyday. My life is getting better and better every day. I currently am unemployed in a very depressed area. I know that searching for a job is pointless. The Silva method has helped me tremdiously in my thinking and the way I conduct myselves. A wise Elder from the Cree Nation told me one time ago to watch my thoughts and follow them , but only to use to do Good for you and others. When I first read about the Silva method used the centering excercise download from the Silva Method website. I knew then what that elder meant. I realized that our thougths become reality and thats what our realities become. Since then it helped me create awareness of those thoughts and it helped me to change the way I thought. It helped me over come the negativity in myself. I was just thinking of helping my community to get there Service station back and I just recently got that completed and I wanted to be successful and there is a huge amount of Cash flowing into now. I realized now what the Native American Medicine people accomplished in there time and I realized more can be done.
The Native American beliefs are we are all connected to a oneness and the Silva methods teaches that concept and is the tool to help us accomplish that more quickly inspite of all the social conditioning that society has tried to instilled. I first came accross the Silva Method about 2 years ago, when I was in doubt about my future; it helped me found what I am destined to do. I recently finished your free 9-lesson program (thank you so much!) and found it as valuable as I found your father’s book Silva Mind Control which I bought in the early 1980’s. Actually, I think it has been more valuable to me because the meditations I received (Centering Exercise and SIGA Morning and Evening Meditations) are among the most powerful I have come across in my 25+ years of involvement in the field of consciousness studies. I love them!
My income dropped suddenly to zero almost 2 ½ years ago when I gave up 2 businesses to help raise my grandson and take care of an ailing loved one. Luckily I had savings to tide me over. About six months ago I started feeling that it was time to go back to work so I began exploring opportunities in one of the areas I had been mostly recently involved—sales and promotion of Indian and Tribal Arts. I found none I was comfortable with. Your program helped change that. The dreamwork I have done in connection with the evening and morning exercises alone has yielded several pages of new ideas for me. I am developing new strategies that include cutting edge ideas that have to do with provenance and education. Your Wealth Week is particularly synchronous because I have a meeting this week with two of my best ex-customers and they are excited to hear my proposals. It feels like a window may have finally opened! I have been preparing for the meeting the last 2 days and have found this a Godsend because it has gotten me excited again. And the preparation has been invaluable in terms of getting my ideas down, clarifying them and seeing how workable they are.

After first hearing about the results that people got from "manifesting" their desires using the Silva Method, I wanted to try it out on my own. At work there was a new job posted for one day with the title "Health & Wellness Coordinator". This job was going to be scheduling pharmacists and it meant a substantial pay raise for me. So everynight for two weeks, I brought my mind into alpha state and pictured myself wearing a t-shirt that said "Health & Wellness Coordinator" on it. As I continued to do this, I received one interview after the next. After two weeks consistently, I stopped. One day shortly afterward I was phoned up at work. I got the job!!! I am truly thankful for my new job and for Silva's years of dedicated research. It continues to change my life.

Coincidentally, this is the week I pursue my path towards wealth. I am trying to scrape up every cent to pay for the education.
Since I signed up 3 days ago and started meditation, coincidences have occurred daily just as you said. My focus has improved and, today, I, finally, completed tasks which were on the back burner due to stress and anxiety. I dulled the pain I feel from present sufferings with wine. Today I don't wish for any.
I look forward to lesson 3 and following. I've improved my concentration and focus while listening, though I know that I'm not there yet.
The lessons have a positive effect on me and I anticipate what's to come.

I happened to find a book of the silva method back in the eighties, when I was studying at College. I remember trying to reach ALPHA, counting from 99 to 1, and did not really think I was making much about it. But one day, before getting up from bed for an exam, I remember visualizing the whole exam in my mind, solving all the problems, answering the professor's questions, and receiving an excellent note.
I got up, had a shower, breakfast, took the bus and went to College, just to re-live my exam exactly as I visualized it.
I got the highest note that day.
Although I never used the methods of the book systematically, I always remembered them and tried to bring them back to myself when I thought I might need them.
Now, with the Internet I found Silva again and I am investigating more about it with great pleasure.
I will always remember that first Silva success.
I am a 32 years old father of a two year old boy, I am from the philippines whose life is a mess. My marriage is in turmoil, I am broke and unemployed. I am depressed and always not in peace with myself and the people around me. Then I have learned about meditation, while surfing the net searching for the right site where in I can learn meditation for free. In 1981 I took for the first time the Silva Method Basic Course here in Mexico. From 1983 to 1986 I worked as personal assistant or Rosa Argentina Rivas. It was a wonderful time in which I often took courses, I met wonderful people like your father Jose Silva, Your uncle Juan, your brother Tony, Alejandro González and many directors of different countries. I went to a Convention to Laredo and it was a drean come true to be there. Money was not a problem for me. But sometimes life changes from day to day. A day I lost everything. Losing all I walked away from all that until then had been my life, and from the Silva Method I only read books once in a while. A few month ago, in the midst of a depressioin, I found a video of you in YouTube and I asked for details of the Method in your page. I went back to doing daily relaxation and programing, programing and programing. The depression is gone. A month ago, I had a problem; I was cheated and lost a large sum of money. I had no family or friends to turn to for help and I could even lose my job. I could only program, program and program. Then the miracle happened. Without anyone to lend me money, only with strong support fron the company where I work I recovered all the money and tranquility in 10 days. first step is to be positive. yes its that easy. if you think positive and clear so that we can think of better ways to earn more. it you think you can or you can't in either of ways you are right.........yes this words by some famous personality are absouletly true. first you have to belive you can.....
with the free silva training course i started to notice some little changes with money and luck. there not great examples like i won a $1,000,000 or stumpled on to a fortune. i asked for a modest gain which is what i got and well showed me this was working. not just plain old luck. there was a feeling of knowing not wanting to believe, a big difference and you all have had that one time or another in your life, you just rationalized it away. well take another look and do and do again and a again.
I used mind control to start my business. Having finished massage school in January 2009 and getting my license the end of April, I had to decide where I was going to work. I did not want to work for someone else. I was afraid to start my own business with the US economy in shambles. I decided to have a go at starting my own business. I had no clients no place to work. I meditated and saw myself starting a successful business. I put it out to the universe to show me the best way to go, to send me a sign that I would recognize. Within a few hours I had an e-mail from a contact I had never met with a phone number of a hair dresser looking for a massage therapist to rent a room for massage. Next day I decided to call and set an appointment to talk to her. After fifteen minutes at the hair dressers I decided to rent the room. People told me I couldn't make a business work in this economy, people just don't have money. As I said I had no clients but I put it out to the universe I needed clients. I started the 18th of June I would walk outside at night look up at the sky and say I need four new clients tomorrow, next day I would have four new clients, people called me for appointments and I had to tell them I was booked and find dates they could come in. My clients started recommend me to their friends. By the end of July I had made over $3,000. in a slumping national economy. Others were astounded that I had made that much money with a new business and an unknown. I was busier than many established businesses. Our minds can accomplish unbelievable things once we learn how to use it. You are right the only economy that matters is my own.

I have heard about the Silva method for so long now but am not able to afford it. Hearing about Helen Hadsell and how successful she is makes me believe that I too, can be successful just as she is.
I tried thinking positively about my financial and health situation, which is not easy since I was laid-off for sometime now.
I am grateful for the times when I asked for divine help in getting a parking space or protecting me from reckless drivers.
I feel hopeless & helpless when my prayers for better health and financial situation have gone unanswered. I don't think my purpose in life is to go on living with lack in these areas.

It is very comforting to read the nice things you are saying about the Silva Method. I was very lucky to meet Jose Silva and Juan Silva in 1974 and 1975 when they went to Peru to do the courses.

The techniques I learned have help me and others around me ever since.
I don't know what else Laura has put together in her CD's maybe it will be nice if she could send me that information because this is a one way communication system.

I read the book on Silva mind control and i am genuinely grateful to Mr jose silva and his team for all the miracles in my life.I accept that i was a very pessimistic person but using Meditation -The Silva Centering Exercise taught in the free lessons on the net i have improved my relationships and life as a whole.Small Coincidences are happening and i am truly enjoying the journey with these 9 free lessons.I have also told my friends to subscribe as it would surely help them.

I am a Greek lady and I am writing my personal experience that has to do with the end-stage renal disease my father was facing. It was nearly 11 years ago where I was attending with him the second week-end course of Silva method that was taking place in Greece. My father, even though is a very positive person, was going through a very difficult time as day after day, he had to get a blood dialysis in a local hospital, in order to continue living, while I was trying my best to find a donor so he can get a transplantation. His fragile health put him a lot of times under severe strain. He always kept smiling and he had a very strong faith that everything will end up well. We did not manage to finish the course of Silva method as we had to travel a lot in USA in order to get him in a kidney transplantation list, but both of us felt that we were so familiarized with the method, so we went on reading the book and practice ourselves in positive thinking. Personally, I made a habit of going through a mind control procedure and visualization nearly every day with strong faith. After 9 months I got a telephone call from USA calling him to be there in 10 horses to get transplanted as a donation, 100% suitable, was available for him. Although the extremely difficult traveling circumstances, the whole universe helped us to arrive in USA in the scheduled time. Thank God, he had the kidney transplantation successfully and he and our family express our great gratitude every day, every minute for this ...Holy Present! This story among others, is a message that we must believe and have faith for the best, especially these days of economic and social crisis.

I use to be a very reserved and sceptical person. This had much to do with my occupation as a Customs officer and dealing with numerous narcotics cases over the years. I, myself, have seen many things I wouldn't want any other person to see. I have experienced many profound negative life changing mistakes made by people trying to smuggle drugs through the borders of the US. For the most part the results of these mistakes negatively impact the community, family, friends and even law enforcement officers. I have tried throughout my career to find an avenue to assist the community, family, friends and the drug smuggling offenders to curtail this epidemic as well as bring more awareness to everyone around me. This, I admit, was one of the hardest things to accomplish. Because of the nature and sensitivity of my occupation, how and what I do for a living can not be openly discussed, which possed a constant road block to accomplishing a broader awareness to as many people as I could reach.
This all changed dramatically for me through the Silva Ultra Mind System. After ordering and applying the mental video and instant rapport techniques, I have been able to assist many offenders in understanding their mistakes and in a majority of the cases, assist these offenders to make their lives and their families lives better by making decisions that affected the outcome of their cases and sentances in a more positive light. Because many of them cooperated and assisted the law enforcement effort, their sentances were dramatically reduced or lessened to time already served or probation. This in turn helped them on their way to getting their lives back on track with their family, friends and their respective communities. Many of these offenders have subsequently become public advocates against drug and alcohol abuse and have in turn become contributing members of the community. I have been able to apply these same techniques to loved ones and make them more aware of the dangers that drugs and alcohol pose when abused or used illegally. To add, I have become more aware and intuitive. I am much more compassionate, understanding and patient in all aspects of my life and with all the people I interact with. This was unheard of for me prior to the Silva Ultra Mind System. I have so much more energy and happiness in my life today than ever before. My outlook on life is positive and I look forward to applying more of the techniques in me and my family's lives for gernerations to come. I am the biggest skeptic there is. But a few months ago I was faced with a huge challenge that involved moving along my immigration status to the approval stage, getting my green card and by extension improving the quality of my financial situation. I had to submit some paperwork for final review and when I submitted the original draft to my Attorney she said that it did not look good as my employer who was sponsoring me was not doing as well in the last two years. Keep your fingers crossed, she said.
I did better though. I went to my counselors in my lab and we discussed it. Document by document they advised of the way I should collate the information and gave me pointers to write a letter (even though my Attorney said it would not help) explaining my situation and why I believed that with me on board my employer's business would turn around. Every day I visualized and projected on my mental screen the officer getting my file and reviewing it positively.
Two week after submitting the paperwork my Attorney sent me an e-mail: "The Lord is shining on you my friend.. your case was approved."
I stared at the e-mail and in that moment knew that it was something greater at work, something greater than me or the authorities that be or anyone that doubts. This WORKS!!! Try it for yourself. I am no longer skeptical but am very careful in the way I use this knowledge because it is so powerful...

The Silva Learning System is a program I first heard of about two years ago from an inspirational teacher of mine. She mentioned how it helped her growing up, to heal her body and strengthen her self-esteem. Now, her life's work is to inspire happiness and self-love in people. She was living proof to me that the keys to our happiness, our gifts (and therefore our success & wealth) are already inside of us. We just have to simply pick them up.
My teacher came accross the Silva Program through her father, something that resonated with me. During the tough teenage years of angst and curiosity, my father put a meditation CD on every night before I went to bed. Regular meditation had saved his life from a young-aged heart attack, and he wanted to instill this value in his children at an earlier age than he learned it. These meditations were not Silva, but they helped.
Naturally, I grew up and out of the family nest (and thus the family meditation CD's) and sought help for my inner quest elsewhere - through eliminating addictive dietary substances, travelling, and exercise. This form of exploration worked for me for a while, but about 6 months ago I a reached a point where no matter how healthy I was, I still felt disconnected from myself. This is when I decided that maybe it was time to stop changing external factors, and stop literally "running" away from my own purpose, and just be with myself - like my father taught me to do.
So, I slowed down. I sat in yogic postures and in stillness - and it did not feel comfortable. I couldn't relax, and just when I was about to, I would feel something very uncomfortable - something like fear. So, I reached for some guidance. There are a lot of meditation teachers & CD's out there, most of which I find to be quite unsatisfying. But then I remembered the Silva Program that worked so brilliantly for my teacher, and checked the website. I downloaded the free newsletters and the free Centering Meditation, and finally felt like I had a safety-net for my self-exploration. This came just in time, as a few months earlier I began my own Acupuncture Practice full time, without a full client base or other income. I began it on faith, hard work and the idea that the only outcome to be was success.
I began doing the Centering Exercise once a day, no matter what. Especially when I felt like working out really hard, I made the intention to sit with myself instead, and do the Silva meditation first. Usually, by the end, I didn't have the urgency to move as quickly as I did before the exercise. A couple weeks in, something extraordinary happened: I broke down.
I cried and cried and cried - sobbed, actually, as all of my deepest fears and insecurities 'suddenly' surfaced and flowed through me like a waterfall. I realized that despite being outwardly ready to start my own business (I had the education, the experience, the location), I still had some inner work to do - and that this key piece was holding me back from realizing the patient volume I want, the effect on my community that I want, and the income I want. And, then, I felt better - like I knew what I needed to do.
So, I continued to do the exercise, and have noticed that New Patients are calling in more often, and their symptoms are relieving faster than before. Other things have also improved in my life (that I wasn't even trying for), like cravings for caffeine & sugar, my weight has stabilized (despite working out LESS), and my ability to communicate to loved ones and colleagues is much improved.
The BIG shift that I am looking for hasn't happened yet, but I know that slow and steady I am on my way. I have some tools, and I feel like I have only begun the journey of self discovery. I am very thankful for the generous newsletters and audio Centering Exercise. This guidance came at the perfect time for me to receive it. Perhaps I will have the opportunity in the near future to try the rest of the Silva Program and unlock deeper potential within myself, and get closer to that "Quantam Shift" moment.

Hello, I've been using the power of positive thinking for a while now. I've noticed the people coming into my life that can help me and sometimes I receive a few dollars here and there, but it hasn't popped the way I would like it to. Business ideas pop into my mind all the time. And I have worked on several of them. It has been years since I've worked on bringing prosperity into my life. I know it will work because I see signs. How do I give it that final push so I can start seeing money flow to me in abundance?
I read the Silva method many years ago and practised it too with very good success. I got rid of the spectacles I was wearing. I also had a problem with coughing. I was able to control it completely as well. When I was pregnant, I used to meditate min. twice a day. I had some complications during my pregnancy, but was able to see it through.
But as time passed, I somehow stopped using the method. Now, I have started it all over again. And I see such changes in me too.

I was exposed to Jose' Silva's work 14 years ago through my studies with my theraputic movement (Moven) mentor. I am a profoundly hard of hearing woman in her 50's, and my mentor was experienced in teaching dance to the profoundly deaf, so she was the first person to understand the dynamics of this "dis-ability". I took to the Silva teachings very naturally, since I had NOT worn a hearing aid in everyday life til I was 18 yrs. old, I already had experienced the power of my inner Self as I survived social alienation and was able to do very well academically and make a few good "hearing friends", through the strength of my spirit and the love of others.
Thus, the Silva work affirmed my own experience with the power of following our heart and dreams and the power of our deeper Mind/Soul in guiding us to manifest these dreams. I have used my faith in your father's teachings and the Centering excercise, to help me stay in contact with these truths and my Deeper Self.
I have been able as an adult to raise my son alone, manage a small cleaning business, help care for my twin grandsons while they were struggling, become a Reiki Master, work on an undergraduate degree in using disciplines like the Silva Method to live more fully, married a dear friend who has the physical challenge of cerebral palsy, adopted several beloved pets and focused using the Silva work to keep connected to the Greater Source of which we are ALL a part.
Our limited conditioning from family, society and religious fear and belief in limitation of the human spirit IS an illusion which your father Jose' and eventually you Laura have devoted your lives in challenging. As I write this I am blown away with the power of the Silva teachings again! Thank you for the inspiration and for the tools Jose' and Laura!!
well this issue is truly interesting. Sometimes i used to think that all my life turns around money. It is hard to save money, and we spend it everyday without noticing.
Striving hard to get what we want or need, and in spite of we cannot reap any benefits. We cannot feel confortable and think there is no way to reach our goals.
Besides, economy is a daily concern. I am still young but I also think about my future family and how I will cope with my own economy.
The last 5 years has been presented to me with many difficult challenges-Although it seems to me I'm experiencing growth even when things seems to crumble in my life-with the lesson I have learned from the Silva method it is easy for me to observe myself and don't be hooked by outside circumstances and if I get hook I have the choice to be unhooked really fast-and just that provide and immense feeling of freedom and really experiencing my real self a powerful, creative, healthy loving being.

I am a stay at home mother of 4 children. My husband is our only source of income. I have been wanting to return to the workforce, but it is hard to find work with the flexible schedule that I need. After working with Sylvan methods. I decided to start my own business. I decided to talk to my neighbor who is a single mother and self-employed. I told her my plans for my start up business. She immediatly started pointing out negative aspects and costs I had not factored in. She was very kind during our talk and I did not feel discouraged. Then she told me that alot of her consumers requested a service that she herself did not provide. She suggested that I start up an agency for this particular service that would have very minimal start up costs. She has also been kind enough to put together a contact list for me. In return as my business grows she requested that I would refer customers interested in her service to her. I have recently purchased start up items and started working a schedule that I make. My business is growing rapidly and I am considering hiring someone to help me. I feel that the sylvan techniques helped me to attract this positive outcome into my reality. I use to feel that I was stuck in a rut. Now, I feel there is no limit to what I can do now. Thank you so much.
I first used Silva Method about two years ago, when I was totally depressed. The frase "better and better" was my key to getting out there and facing many issues I had avoided till then. Then I even used it to improve my cycling descending skills (one of my handicaps in the sport) I would imagine taking turns with precision and speed and the results were inmediate! It has been so great that I just haven't needed to buy the whole system, at least not yet. Thanks for everything!
I would like a copy of the book Silva Mind Control Method by Jose Silva. It helped me many years ago. I believe that along with what Laura is doing can help me again.

I did a trial run of the Silva Method and I loved it, I wish then my financial situation was different and I was able to purchase the full course. But for those few days I did have it and tried it, I felt like I was doing something for me that benefited me. Being a college student, I don't get a lot of time to do things just for myself that have no academic or musical connotation to it. I suggest that everyone use this system because it does work wonders when it is applied. Hopefully, when things change because my life is getting better and better, I'll be able to learn all details to the method and put them all to practice to accelerate the potential of my life.

thank you for the free nine lessons teaching me the Silva method. its just a week ago that i started meditation using the silva method 3 - 2 - 1. it has helped me immensely and i am so much at peace, look at life in a very positive manner and always think of the the good things life has to offer. i have never been able to meditate and relax but since i have been doing your system its getting easier it will take me a while but in sure i will get there.its my brain it wont slow down, i am using it twice a day so watch this space, ill let you know how i progress, thank you so much for my free trial i just cant afford to buy it, but who knows perhaps one day. x
I received my Silva Life system all the way downunder (Australia) about 3 weeks ago and started listening immediately. The best results I've achieved so far was a massive improvement in my overall health and energy levels. I had meridian testing done yesterday by my naturopath and he was so excited to see how much the function in all my organs has improved. I've never felt better. I love the meditation techniques - it's different to what I've always known. I've been meditating for over 10 years but it was very much the deep, passive meditation. I find the dynamic meditations where I feel like I'm actively participating with my mind and imagination so much more fun and consequently easier to do. I listened to the 10 cds in 14 days and am now relistening to them. I've also started to teach my 11-year old daughter some of the meditations and she goes to bed with the Alpha sounds and also uses them for a few minutes before doing her piano practice. Things seem to be coming easier to her now and it's helping with her dyslexia. It's really great stuff.
