I have been a grad­u­ate since 1995 and I have also taken the Ultra with you. I watched your videos and I felt very pos­i­tive once again. This will help us, the grad­u­ates to move to the next step. I am really inter­ested in the case stud­ies via inter­net. I think you doing an out­reach pro­gram via inter­net is awe­some and it will help mil­lions of peo­ple and bring more stu­dents to Silva. Hello, I am amazed by the whole method: I am sure that sub­con­sciously I have used it before, when I really needed help “from above”, now I am closer to the answer, how it works. . I am Pol­ish, I have been liv­ing in Swe­den for 10 years, I took Silva courses in Eng­lish (home study) and in Swedish. I still don’t under­stand HOW our mind can be so pow­er­ful, to be able to change the things around us, I don’t under­stand the mys­tery of our lives and death. But it is so good to believe that we have some mision to do here, in the word. And that we can try to make it a bit bet­ter. I think it was amaz­ing to hear to Laura Silva and to learn that you are work­ing on a net­work of Silva’s method grad­u­ates. I am sure that we have so many good sto­ries to tell to each other. I think that some­times I don’t believe myself that the method is so powerful.

Hi…I found the videos very insight­ful and useful..I want to thank u all for this silva expe­ri­ence and this newslet­ter as it is a con­stant reminder to fol­low through with the tech­niques. Although i dont med­i­tate much, i find myself becom­ing more and more pos­i­tive and intu­itive each day,making the right decisions;simply by affirm­ing and visu­al­iz­ing ran­domly through­out the day when im bored or in the bus and have nth to do..It has helped me com­pletely heal my eczema and lead a deeply fulfiling,joyous life. Im only 16 and if i can suc­ceed with this, then any­one can! I go through each day with a deep sense of grat­i­tude and feel truly blessed in all aspects of my life.

I love your video’s! I have to admit I am ter­ri­ble at pro­cras­ti­na­tion and am just now get­ting more touch with going to level as often as i can remem­ber to do so! I nor­mally do it in the evenings, but hadnt thought of doing it in the morn­ings! Def­i­nitely will start doing so……

Silva Ultra­mind has really helped me a lot with my med­ical con­di­tions and I def­i­nitely plan on pur­su­ing it toward help­ing others.

The videos are really great! I have lis­tened to Laura s videos sev­eral times so far, and I find it very help­ful. It s reas­sur­ing to know there is a real, car­ing, ded­i­cated per­son behind the emails. Hope we ll get more of sim­i­lar videos regard­ing the ways to over­come some other prob­lems. I , for instance, have prob­lem visu­al­iz­ing, see­ing clearly a pic­ture of my goals in my mind. With me its more like think­ing about it, and it does not seem very effec­tive.. Maybe other stu­dents have sim­i­lar prob­lems…

Hello Laura and hello to all SILVA COMMUNITY. I am from spain and i am 33 years old. Since i am 12 years old i was read­ing silva books, and prac­tic­ing the method by my way. When i turn 25 i got a sem­i­nar here in spain and i must to tell you, SILVA METHOD REALLY WORKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU WANT!!! All peo­ple is now talk­ing about THE SECRET!!! and i think the real secret was dis­cover by JOSE SILVA, because when u use the silva method to focus in any­thing you want you are using the attac­tion law about THE SECRET is talk­ing.
I am not an instruc­tor yet, but to all my friends and famil­iar peo­ple, i am teach­ing them how to lower to alpha, how to cre­ate the life they really want, dream­ing in alpha, and their lifes are being bet­ter and bet­ter.
I really would love and help to get all the Silva Life Sys­tem in span­ish lan­guage, becase i beleive can help much more peo­ple around the world.

I took the live sem­i­nar over 30 years ago, in Hawaii, from Robert Stone. It changed my life, although in the hec­tic pur­suit of life, I have often “back­slid” and neglected the method. But I have seen, and expe­ri­enced, seem­ingly mirac­u­lous results, includ­ing nearly instant heal­ing of bro­ken bones (in oth­ers), alle­vi­a­tion of pain from severe burns & injuries (myself), even bring­ing back from appar­ently dead a friend who was elec­to­cuted! A few years ago, I con­tracted can­cer; the Silva method helped me achieve a great result: no can­cer! I didn’t require radi­a­tion or chemother­apy, just a sim­ple sur­gi­cal removal. I barely needed any pain med­ica­tion after­ward. In my every­day life, it helps with many things, from sleep­ing (or wak­ing, with­out an alarm clock), to find­ing park­ing places, even in crowded cities, like New York! It’s inspir­ing to see the com­ments from the many oth­ers who have expe­ri­enced a wide range of life-enhancing changes.

Hi, my story real quick.… I dis­cov­ered the silva sys­tem while going thru a real down time in my life. Divorce and los­ing close daily con­tact with my kids. I needed med­i­ta­tion to relax, and the Silva meathod gave me that, as well as the power to cre­ate my future. I did it intensely for about 5 years took a train­ing sem­i­nar, and I did see results. Then I let it slide, for­got about it and did not prac­tice it on pur­pose, though I always used it in one way or another.…. like to fall asleep, to cause myself to have great vivid dreams, and to relieve stress. It works, I set my income level 3 years ago, and bingo right on that level.(now i wish i would have set the bar higher : ) ) but ce la vee, next time. I used to use the quick energy sys­tem while i was truck­ing and by tak­ing 5 mins out to rest my mind, and relax it I would have the energy needed to fin­ish my run, then fall asleep instantly and awake on cue. Very good! So it works, I just have to keep at, believe and recieve. I find it a chal­lenge to believe I can have all I wish for, so thats my first step for my best of my life. Dear Laura,
You are a great pow­er­ful instruc­tor. Just lis­ten­ing to your voice and how you say the things, every­thing in life start look­ing so sim­ple… Just lis­ten­ing to your lessons every­thing starts to seem so eas­ily man­age­able, even the trou­bles stop seem­ing so huge and end­less. You really know how to con­vince us that every­thing can be solved if we use our calm mind — that’s what we are doing in Silva Method — first we relax and calm our mind, and only then we are ready to solve the prob­lems.
I haven’t dis­cov­er­ent much of the ben­e­fit of this train­ing yet, but I can feel, that med­i­ta­tion helps to main­tain my inner bal­ance. But recently I have dis­cov­ered the results of one Silva tech­nique: once I got irri­tadet by a smell of some med­ica­tion, I was feel­ing dis­com­fort in my stom­ach and gen­er­ally not feel­ing well. Then I applied Five step tech­nique and voila! No dis­com­fort left. That was a nice dis­cov­ery. I could never believe that our men­tal pow­ers are so quick in action :) ) I know now, that it was more men­tal thing, that phys­i­cally my stom­ach was not irri­tadet, it was just a smell, so this tech­nique helped me to fight with that men­tal reac­tion very well.
Any­way, I think Silva Method is what I was look­ing for quite a long time. Wish you and your team never end­ing energy to run this teach­ing mech­a­nism and improve to bet­ter and bet­ter ;)

Dear Laura,
I would like to extend my heart­felt thanks for help­ing me change my life around. My mother passed away at the begin­ning of this year from can­cer and to be hon­est from that moment on my world crum­bled and fell down. But shortly after, I came across the Silva method and though I stilll class my self as a learmer, Laura you have helped me close the door on that part of life, and open a brand new door to an amaz­ing, spir­i­tual adven­ture. I want to thank you laura for hav­ing con­tin­ued the silva learn­ing pro­gram on the inter­net. I have taken the free courses and learn­ing to med­i­tate and go within myself for com­fort and the power of pos­i­tive liv­ing. Being able to med­i­tate and just learn­ing about myself and how to put into per­spec­tive the knowl­edge of how to live a full and ben­e­fi­cial life is a reward in itself.
I thank you and hope there will be more free videos and advise for us more unfor­tu­nate peo­ple that can’t afford your teach­ings and tapes.

The Silva Ultra­mind audio you dis­trib­uted some years ago has helped me trough many storms in my life.

Thank You for all the free infor­ma­tion, news let­ters, and sin­cere well wishes. I am just get­ting started and am faci­nated by the entire sys­tem. My path to health and whole­ness has been strewn with obsta­cles the past few years and I am expe­ri­enc­ing a great degree of dif­fi­culty with on going neg­a­tive thought pat­terns and low self esteem; my 50th birth­day was a week ago, and I am deter­mined to live a hap­pier more ful­fill­ing (non-negative) life.
