There was never a better time before now, for Silva Life System. The entire world has never been in such a position of need, than right now. Laura Silva was pre-destined to be here now…teaching us…our sisters and brothers…how to find our own truths. Thank you…Thank you…Thank you!!!
AS I continue on my journey I find that it is helpful to discuss experiences with someone that has atleast an understanding of what you are going through. With this dscussion forum students as well as seasoned graduates can have that knowing that they aren’t out there all alone, and are able to discuss different experiences and possibly getting as well as giving some insight as to what took place. I must say that this is a bit exciting for me as I have been one that has had those experiences and no one to share them with.Atleast now the experiences can be shared and discussed. I think this is one of the best ideas and look forward to seeing it come to fruition.
What if we could have a section where unique and difficult cases can be discussed and worked on?
Aside from that, we can also have a section that celebrates successes on actual cases solved;
then maybe another section on common pitfalls and difficulties on reaching and maintaining the alpha level, and hopefully instructors and students can each bring their own experiences on how they made it work;
how about a chance to share documents, audio and video files, reading materials, and other related materials?

I do not need to give this much thought. Since taking the course years ago on audio tapes I could see little miracles. It was years and I since took the course in Miami not so long ago. In the course I actually experienced things which could not be deswcribed in words with logic.
There is something in the Silva method and the more work I do at letting go and trusting the process the more I see miracles unfold. The more I try to capture or make something happen the more it seems to elude me.
I sincerelty appreciate Jose Silva for having the insight to formulate a system which works. I hope that others also find a way to seize the process and use it for good. If they do they will truel find everything getting “better and better”.

I do not need to give this much thought. Since taking the course years ago on audio tapes (which my father gave me) I could see little miracles unfolding which were beyond comprehension. It was years later that I had taken the course in Miami. In the course I actually experienced things which could not be described in words with logic. Knowing a strangers ailiments thru remote viewing sounds impossible for me to do. YET, I did it with pin point accuracy and clear enough to bring tears to a man who appeared stoic in stature.
There is something in the Silva method and the more work I do at letting go and trusting the process the more I see miracles unfold. The more I try to capture or make something happen the more it seems to elude me. I wish that I could help those who FORCE it so much to know that is not what works.

The Silva Community Forum will be a wonderful way for us all to connect and share ideas, resources and experiences of what Silva has done for us and what it can do for us in the future. I must admit I have not been regularly practicing. I graduated in the 80’s in London, have read 3 books of Jose Silva’s which I still have and always refer to in times of need. I purchased the Silva Ultra Mind System some time back but was unsure where to start so this forum is just what I am looking for. Assistance and support in getting started with Silva so I am really excited that I will get to hear all about your experiences and where you are at with Silva. I would love to try the Silva Life System but haven’t go the funds right now so if any of you have used it I would be interested to hear how you found it.
Never before has the word “Community” taken on such a true cannotation. The Silva Community Forun Is not only a group of people but a place where true knowledge, power and inner strength grow in leaps and bounds. Those that come to the Silva Forum come here with an excited sense of not only what they can gain but what they can share from deep within , anxious to share self discovery and learn more not only about themselves but others. The Silva Community is not just a forum its an adventure into the universe, that magical world that is each one of us.
HI I can remember my class back in 98 the instructor’s name was Bob in Redmond, WA and he took us into inanimate object and into animals and humans and I am trying to get back some of this. Going back and being able to Telepathically talk with animals and the insects in my neck of the world, Tucson, AZ to find out how they can help me, and I help them to make the world a better place. Than there is the prayer or energy healing to rise the vibrations of the one in thought and see on your screen where the problem lies in which body. Physical, Mental, Emotional or Spiritual. Then to try and suggest a different approach to align the thought process for the particular bodies. Can you help us go back to this right side mental thinking? Then as a group all together for a period of time we send the vibration of peace and harmony to a target place on the map. As all Silva students have found out that you have all the capability already its just trying to remember how to settle the mind and go with the flow without any fear. Fear will ruin any and all experience of good. It is how the Creator made all Humans, We just for got how.
I would like a forum on global issues. I sent the website to friends in Rome, Italy and they replied that the Silva method was so “American”.
It made me proud, however, I wanted them to enjoy the benefits, especially both brothers have lung cancer and can benefit immensely.
Also, groups working on healing the world, a piece at a time, or sections working on various problems of the world’s sadnesses and horrors.

Will the forum be a site to also work on problems, e.g. world unity?
It would be nice to offer in the community the Ultra series and have where each person can work on the Universal Mold for helping our our fellow human beings with health problems. The time was 10pm aorund the world. It is such a powerful way to help our fellow human beings.
Also I would be nice to include an area for Success, Prosperity, and Abundance and different techniques, mediations, etc. I took this course with Hans DeJong in 1998 and it was fabulous!
Also he taught goal settings for success and prosperity: These goals were both short term and long term.
I feel the more we can teach and get out to the universe; then we can change the universe for better, better and better because we raise the energy of the universe and the people.

I welcome this opportunity to re-connect with Silva graduates. I first took the training way back in the early 70’s in New York Citywhen it was called “Silva Mind Control.” I don’t recall the exact names of the two male trainers but I think one was called “Tim.”
Shortly after that I moved to Florida where I re-took the training several times. I also went to Laredo where I took an advanced healing course with Jose and his daughter. I was really glad I had a chance to see Jose in person!
I did readings for friends just for fun for 10 years and then I was convinced by some people to work professionally, so I have been doing that ever since! I have lost contact with other Silva people though so it will be great to reconnect through this forum!
I also got a great idea from Brian from Tuscon about communicating with insects. I was just talking to a friend today about wanting to be in harmony with all of nature and not to consider some of the critters in my garden as enemies. This gives us an excellent chance to communicate with them. I know that quite a few people have already done a lot of work in this area. It is quite magical and mind boggling! And we can do it!
I think that a place on the forum for success stories will be inspiring to all. Also a request area for special help. I also like the idea of having a place where we can ask for help for troubled spots on the planet. Perhaps those folks who feel inclined to work for a similar area or project can form teams. eg. Iraq, the homeless… The need is huge, the possibilities are endless. Here we are…we are willing and we have the skills! Let’s go for it!

The Community forum is an excellent idea to share experiences.
I would like to see a section for different levels. A section for beginners, etc.. That way when I sign on to the site and this is not meant to be offensive in any way. I went through it as well, however with all the newcomers learning Alpha… that seems to be what the site was mostly about. So I quit going. I would love to come back and post my new discoveries using the skills that Silva has brought me. Still using and loving the Silva system!

i’ve been practicing Silva method for the past 9 years, when i first was fated to get in touch with the ‘Silva Mind Control Method’ book, which has changed my life… i am also a Reiki channel and have done my Mastership as well… i mix both the energy methods to generate a very effective Healing for the client… i feel we should have a Crisis management group where Silva grads and other people also can dedicate time and energy to heal ailments and situations that people can write to us about via a site dedicated for taking in these requests and acting upon them. We would all be active at the same time or program our healing energies for the same timeframe or for that matter at any point in time.
The discovery of this method by your father has really changed lives and thank god for people like him and others like him.…

From my very childhood, I used to believe that there are certain things I CAN NOT and COULD NOT do. Silva Community first opened my eyes to the fact that it was nothing but a SELF IMPOSED LIMITATION. What an invaluable realization! Now I believe and see that I CAN !!! I am ever ever ever grateful.

The law of attraction by itself is so powerful that it will be a 4 page story about how I hit this website late last year. The most powerful messages I took out from here was the power of human mind, the power to manifest and achieve whatever one wants and changing of the belief system. It probably works in the reverse order. I can promise you that if you can change your belief system then you are already half the way to success.
The mind set of each commoner (96% of population perhaps) is so badly programmed that they are always in this reality trap. This mind set has to be reprogrammed (easier when we are kids) and a new belief system to be implanted. The belief system of a winner, of a true spirit and a absolutely happy joyful being. This followed by meditation, goal setting and manifesting can do miracles.
I started off as a commoner and who have hit a rock bottom once in my life. Since that day I decided that it is going to be different from then and I have achieved considerable career success purely with the power of my mind. I still do make mistakes but the difference is that I can now see where I have gone wrong. It is a process and learning which we go through on a daily basis. The other choice one can also make is to focus or not to focus. I would say that I sort of leave the events to happen semi-automatic which means I try and change things manually once in a while. This has given me absolute happiness and certain goals have really turned out to be true, if not all. I suggest every commoner like me read, see, understand and absorb the program as much as they can, as often as they can and you will always be grateful.
I admire this forum and Silva community. Can I hear a ‘Aye’ from you all? I am grateful that you have given me a chance to share my thought here. Any opportunity to share the inspiration in my community would be a great happy news for me.

I believe it’s a great idea to have a forum. In this way we can learn from each other and support each other with difficult cases.
As it’s best to learn from practices, I would suggest a “case study bank” with various searchable topics. This could be supported by articles and other items posted.

Why not go for translation and active Silva forums in every language? I live in Turkey, and I’ve been translating, in my broken Turkish, some of the lessons and concepts to friends, especially those without work. I wish there was a Turkish site I could direct them to! I wish they could understand the tapes. The world is not so big, the internet brings us together, there’s plenty of multiingual people. Silva is rocking. Shouldn’t it happen?

I love the idea of a forum — a place where we can come together and share ideas, results, thoughts and concerns. I think to put it into two categories is a bit divisive and the benefits and encouragement of longer term users would be lost for the newly started if we segregated in any way.
We all have a purpose in life as individuals but as a group we can make an expotential difference if we collectively focus and work together. So we could work on specific areas at a time — Watch out world.
I would like to see a fourm with easy links, clear headings and honest discussion. I don’t do any forums now, those I have occassionally dropped in on seem to have a cliquey feel to them and I have read some very patronising and excluding comments from users.
We are all aiming for something higher and better on a personal level, and I hope this is reflected (I am sure it will be) in the forum.

Since discovering the Jose de Silva Ultramind System, I have had my own feelings regarding sound frequencies confirmed, which is great for me. Here in Ireland folk are still pretty superstitious and disbelieving to the point that they will not even try it! Because of Ultramind, I am now studying hypnotherapy and brainwave entrainment. This system has opened many Blessings and in a way, given permission to proceed and move forward. I am deeply grateful to Jill Magso for her unswerving support and encouragement, even though i have not been able to find the money to buy the complete system — she has not let ANY of us go! May she continue to live a Blessed Life. Studying Ultramind (mini-course), and emails , even by themselves, will help elevate qualities of Mind of every person toward the Ascension of evolution this planet and all her inhabitants truly deserve. Hello! This is my story:
Silva Method is the best thing that has ever happened in my life! About one year ago I was an unemployed Polish woman in Sweden — mother of two boys, high school graduate, with almost no hope left for getting any good job in the place that I live (it is pretty small town).
I was sent to the Sales Management Training and there I met a teacher that mentioned about The Silva Training. Everyone else thought that he was crazy, but I seemed to absorb every single word with every single cell of my body. I knew what he was talking about, as if I was waiting for his words for many years in advance.
I ordered Free Lessons on internet and finally bought the training in English. I was listening to it and feeling that my life was going to change very quickly. AND IT DID CHANGE! I got my old, beloved job back, and just everything I could think about was possible. Without asking, I received better salary as my responsibilities increased. I struggle at my work, but if I decide about my new goal – I get it. I am convinced that Silva’s method helps me to believe in myself, to be a better person, mother, wife, and employee. I try to do my best to help other people, to make them also believe that everything is possible in our lives. I am not any perfect person, by try hard to be better and better.
The community gives us the great opportunity to contact to each other, help each other to believe in changes in our lives and our possibilities to change others lives into better. Love is spreading so quickly, and it is quietly growing and showing up in the places that you expect it the least. Life is a miracle!

The Silva Community is doing something to
make things better. It is like growing flower
gardens in the inner cities and slums. When
one person sees there is beauty, s/he will
help it spread. Soon the slum ain’t a slum
no more.
We all have to do this with the world we
live in. And we can start by bringing more
beauty to the internet. Jose Silva has shown
us how beautiful our own minds are. Now
the Silva Community can spread his message
around the world.
Now I’ve said all these great things about the
Silva method, and I have to admit I have gotten
nowhere with it. I started at the beginning with
audio and notebook. And the next day, I got
distracted.
Here’s what I’m going to do: I am going to take
a month away from everything I am doing now.
During that month, I will work on focusing. (Attention
deficit is kind of a big hurdle for me.) And I am going
to do the course from beginning to end. And I will
keep a blog about it. This way, if any one wants to
join me, we can coach each other.
I think these methods will work only for people who
want changes in their lives. It seems as though most
people won’t admit to wanting changes in their lives.
I live now in a country, Thailand, where people really
need a course like Silva’s. But most are to afraid to
admit what they need.
For my one-month leave I am going to a country where
the people really need what the Silva Method offers.
But I don’t think most of these people know about it,
or about this community. If they did, I think their lives
would be better.
I hope that I will be able to bring other people in
touch with their greatness and destinies.

This a great idea to have a forum. I’ve been longing to connect to others in the community. This way we can all learn from each other. I understand Ultra Mind is a personal experience, but we humans do like to share
10 years ago I encountered a book (Man the healer) which introduced me to the world of meditation and silva methods. I was a 10 year old girl back then and I thought this was a great power I could use to get through all my life. I always wished that somehow I could get in touch with all other silva practitioners to share experiences, to find answer to my questions, etc. From the time I’ve gotten access to the internet (websites, email,blogs and yahoo-groups) I’m getting a lot of the information that I was hungry for. This gives me such feeling of relief and also no more excuses and doubts to go forward, make things happen, be the master of changes and perform the impossible. So In my opinion the best forum is one which provides us with information we all need (anything can be useful). I think that’s exactly why “the Online Silva Audio and Video Library” was a very popular item to vote for. May we all achieve even bigger than our dreams.
This is awesome! I am getting ideas and learning just from all the comments left from everyone. I can only imagine how powerful and rich in learning wthe Silva community will become. A Silva Community Forum would be the perfect way for us all to connect on a personal level, as we are all connected in a spiritual level already. How about a regularly changing slot where people post their experiences on using Silva in a specific area: e.g. work/health/relationships or whatever. It could be somewhere you tune in to see how other like-minded, ordinary people, not instructors, have dealt with the same issues.
I used the forum from the Silva Method official website when it was functional. I asked about the best resource for Alzheimer’s and I was directed to a book “Brain Longevity” by Dr. Dharma. That was 3 yrs ago; I have not only helped my parents by applying the concepts of the book — I ended up doing Kundalini Yoga — which coincidentally started in my area (the very first class) at that time. I have been doing some form of yoga for 3 yrs and I always come back to Silva. Also, the Silva — people introduced me to Lao and Walter Russell. Where else could someone get this type of leads? Nowhere but in a Silva Method environment!
Hi, i would like to see an individual coaching opportunity. where i as a new member can have a designated person to guide, troubleshoot and support. the personal connections can be the factor between success and not. As well, as people grow and benefit from this, they too may want to give back to the community that gave to them.
I’d like to see “wonder stories”, “how to get started…”, “what is my purpose in life/what do I really want?”, “health issues”, “business questions”, “love and relationships” and other areas where it would be natural to learn from each other. As someone else suggested, it would be GREAT to have a place to bring forth issues that more people could help with, especially health issues maybe, also as a way to reach out to others that we know need a helping (invisible) hand. Links to other sites, downloads, etc that have been useful for someone (“recommendations”) are also welcome. Keep up the good work! Hope you get enough feed-back!

I have been using your audio lessons for about 6 months now and I love them. It’s a total life style change. I went through life getting drunk all the time and having “fun”. I smoked pot and got terrible grades in school. I had ADHD, depression, and a huge lack of people skills.
Since then I have quit drinking except socially during special occasions. I still smoke pot, for higher intelligence told me of it’s hyper-focus qualities. But that’s a story for another time. I am using my “learning disability”, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder as a god send. To think that something that hindered me and destroyed my life for a decade socially, vocationally, and every other form of living we cherish Now gives me the edge on the human race I think everyone should have. Don’t give your kids Ritalin…Give them Silva!!! I now have a birds eye view of the box, when at times I thought I lived under it.
And now…because of higher intelligence guiding me and lining certain things up in my life I am now in the Development stage of an invention in a 6 billion dollar a year industry and I’m so excited. The rest of my life IS the best of my life. Thank you all!!!!

Greetings all,
its fantastic to be a part of such a large and evolving family of like-minded beautiful people. I first read of Jose Silva and the Method when I was 14 and I was hooked. It pretty much propelled me on an exciting inward journey that strangely seemed evermore connected to the outside world, unlike other meditation techniques. Now, having immersed myself in various Silva techniques, I too see myself getting wiser, acquiring the real ‘treasures’ of life such as one or two highly rewarding relationships, a higher understanding of life’s journey, seeing only the good in bad circumstances etc. I feel entitled to sat that, at 35, I feel 10 times wiser than I did at 25. Time spent at level is one of the greatest blessings I know. Knowing that I can contact anyone I want using the Mental Screen is such a comforting and enabling fact.
Online Silva communities such as this will bring our collective love and goodwill to the next level. I too envisage using the forums for collectively focussing on world issues and individuals in order to lovingly help the world, in a non-political fashion. Using the forum to advance the cause of remote viewing through controlled group exercises would also be a fantastic step forward. Using another Silva casework website as a framework, I’ve already suggested that this model could be used by map dowsers here in Ireland to help worthy causes. Using strict methodologies in order to improve accuracy. Through the power of the web and the power of the Mental screen, its as if we have been catapulted into the 25th century. The work of José silva and now Laura Silva and others is truly extraordinary and I like many others will do my utmost to both support and receive loving support from you.

As for what I would like to see in the community forums; specific areas that cover different issues/attempts at using Silva to propel oneself to higher levels of existence… along with tutors who have successfully used these methods in the past, and can offer guidance as needed.
This will give the user a clear idea of where he/she can go to gain valuable insight and verification that the application is being used in the correct way.
When I did the Silva Mind Control Course back in 1994, we formed a follow-up group which met quite frequently. This group discussed their experiences and at each meeting someone would take us through a sort of guided meditation. I remember that one time this meditaion was a playing of a Louise Hay tape. Each meeting always concluded with a ‘power circle’ where we focussed our energy on one or several projects, some global and some personal. I must say I loved those group sessions. They died out when the main Silva presenter had to give up after his wife died — he had young children. I can visualise this forum being an online version, where we can exchange ideas and thoughts and also where we can garner our collective energy to bring change to ourselves, our loved ones and the world.
The idea of silva mind is also to reach the consciousness of millions of people. So i think this forum is a good idea because it is more than a step towards this.
It will be an opportunity to increase or raise total levels of human consciousness through learning and sharing.
Everything can speed up in this way and it is nice to meet people of all kinds and all nations on this forum.

I took the course in Indiana a couple years ago. It changed my life so much that I went back a year later and sat through another seminar, just to refresh myself. I love the Silva method. I have healed serious problems in people and I have medical proof of this also. I have managed to make it through some incredibly rough times, and I believe its because of the Silva seminar. I had recently bought the Silva Ultramind home study course, just a month ago and I am exploring it. As I was listining to it, interestingy I was thinking how good it would be to have a forum where I could interect with people practicing it and share my experience. It will be great motivating tool to keep practicing the techniques.
I think you should include all the 3 features in the forum, as they all sound great to me. looking forward to seeing it.
I believe there have been some great input already. I second those who indicated a need for different areas for those who are now beginning to learn to use Silva methods and those who have some experience. The level of conversation can be raised so as to be valuable to all visiting the forum.
I am thinking that in addition to working on case studies and the like, that there be other categorically separated areas for those interested in pursuing different aspects of what is offered in the Silva System.

I am so happy to be a member of the Silva Community Forum. It is great to be able to share ideas with like minded people, and I am sure we can all make our lives and lives of other people better and better.
It would be interesting and useful to know other people s success stories in applying the Silva Method in different life situations. Surely we can learn a lot from each other.
I would be interested to hear, learn more about healing, self and others. Another interesting area is law of attraction and manifesting.
I also find the idea of communicating with animal kingdom fascinating.

After gone through some of the lessons and exercise, it is clear that the ‘truth’ is NOT out there, it is in each of us. Interesting question is that how much or to what proportion of ‘centre’ is required and how important or unimportant is our physical reality is. There must be an ideal proportion/balance as I cannot see myself getting everything by just visualising them all day long. On the other hand, I would love to see all these comments and responds are organised with key words and/or topics so accessing the information is more interesting and powerful in aiding any study and research.

About fifteen years ago I bought a book about The Silva Method, and started to reading it. But I found it very very difficult to belive what I read, so I did put the book away. And then two or three years ago I discovered The Silva Ultra Mind ESP System on the internet, and I bought the Home study course. I love to hear the stories from Michael Wickitt and his companions, and I thought that there are hope for everyone else.
Some time after that I happen to meet the leader of The Silva Method in Norway and joined my first Silva class. Now I cannot get enough of The Silva Method so I have already taken The Ultra Seminar and The Graduate Seminar. A few people that I know I‘ve persuaded to join The Silva Method, and my two sons are joining as soon as possible. My doughter finished a year ago. The Method help me solve many of the problems that occure at work, and I feel it a bit strange when workmates ask me for help in their work. And after they say ” I knew you could help me.” Thanks to The Silva. I can‘t say how grateful I am for The Silva Method. Keep up th egod work, all of you and may your lives become BETTER and BETTER.

I was lucky enough to be taught the silva method by one of the instructors taught by Jose Silva ‚William Zarick and then got to work with Betty Furness a few years later, so I did pick up some new techniques by people with some expierience, also I was taught in a group and you can accomplish a lot with more people, so I think a Forum would be good , to interact with other members,and as long as you can visualize it , you can achieve it.
I would like some guidance on how to get your brain to see the outcome you are wanting when it is in a difficult mood.
Example: Earlier in life I was terrified of dentists. After much work I became OK with going. Then one day recently I had to go, I did not feel nervous or upset in anyway. As soon as the dentist started working on me, I started having a panic attack, and it just kept going. In the end he had to stop, becuse I could not breath. This all happened several months ago, last year. Since then whenever I go to level I am unable to see myself being calm. As soon as I sit in the chair, I panic. Can anyone help???

when we want to be successful we have to keep the company of successful people . if we hear others success we are highly motivated to do the good work . one of the reason to forget , or become lazy to do the meditation is lack of contact successful people .when in the spare time, our leisure time if we spent clearing our doubts our motivation will be high .i hope our new form will able to do this
I purchased The Home Study program several years ago…Would the Silva Community be available to myself and others that have the Home Study program??
I have not yet attended a week-end session due to the high cost of them ;I have looked at several weekend workshops and most are about two and a half hours drive from where I live;that would entail staying in hotels for one or two nights. I do meditate on a regulasr basis and am a lightworker. I celebrate my 75th birthday this summer and would be excited and blessed if I could be part of the Silva Community.

Hence if a picture is worth a thousand words, an animation could be worth a million, specially for the Silva community members who have great potential for an unlimited access to information in the universe.

They say:“Curioisity killed the cat”. Did it? Look at them (cats), as if they were committed to Silva long before Senor Jose Silva found out about mind power.
Eventhough the busy impact and fast tempo of nowadays life seems not to help too much, the cat still acts like always. Silva’s system is showing us the same kind of perseverance. Just keep going, just “keep in touch” and anything you want, will happen. A forum is just a great idea to do help us share and practise, learn and get better and better every day.
Let’s hope experiences of some , may help others who find it hard to be like a cat sometimes…

In 1977, my first husband was studying for his stock broker’s license and he had an extensive library of many inspirational books. I picked up one book, I think it was called, The Silva Mind Control Method for Business Managers, and found the concepts just mind blowing. Well, now curious about Jose Silva, the mastermind of the concept, I purchased his first book The Silva Mind Control Method (several editions later) and began to use the methods.
I was born with a wandering eye that my family (with no health insurance) was unable to afford. to correct. As I grew older, I wanted surgery, but my mother frightened me as she was distrustful of surgeries. Everyone said, oh leave it alone, you have beautiful eyes. But I felt that my entire life would be different if I could just look people, especially in business, straight in the eye. I secretly began practicing the method, going to ‘my level’ and seeing myself in the mirror looking straight back at myself. I remember the day like it was this morning when I actually anchored my attention by putting three fingers of my left hand together and controlled my left eye causing it to move directly as it should! I was just amazed. If only I could have done that in grade school when I was ridculed so badly by the other children. I practiced this excercise until I could do it without looking in the mirror and then I began to show my family members.
Well, because I was so pleased with my appearance when I was consciously controlling my eye, I did go for the surgery. When I went to the doctor, I told him I could straighten my eye and he didn’t believe me. Now, this is in the Kresge Eye Institute, a major institution in Michigan. When I demonstrated, he called doctor after doctor into the examination room for me to show them. After a very successful surgery, the doctor reminded me to keep up the exercises.
Well, the effects of the surgery were supposed to last between 5 and 8 years. With my exercises, it has been 17 years and while my eye will waver if I’m especially tired, it is rare and I have no problems bringing it right back into focus. I have other UNBELIEVABLE examples of how this method works and all I can say is God Bless You and your genius father, Jose Silva!

Back in the 80’s, I had immersed myself in reading about how we create our reality when I picked up the book “Silva Mind Control”. I LOVED this book! I found Jose’s instructions so clear and concise that I was able to follow the instructions he provided and soon manifested incredible situations and even specific sales into my business. Since then I have had on and off success manifesting as my life has become more and more complex.
I think an ongoing community where we could share successes, specific success stores and how we manifested them, how the universe brought these to us, would help us all maintain and strengthen our belief. Having a place as well where those who want to help the planet could work on issues without focusing on (and creating more) problems would be beneficial for all of us.

The Silva Community Forum may turn out to be the greatest catapult for all Silva followers. There is a proven synergy that comes from sharing of knowledge and efforts. This synergy makes it possible for teams to accomplish far, far more than the total sum of their individual efforts could ever bring to fruition. I took the Silva course in Mexico City c. 1975 and I have been a promoter of the Silva Method ever since. Being part of this cCommunity Forum will allow all of us to reach our goals faster and to be able to help the world we live in be a better place.

If I were designing it there would be some of the following:
An open forum area for discussing an unlimited variety of topics.
An area for working case studies and discussing case issues,
A Monthly Focus Topic with perhaps an audio presentation, lecture or article to inspire in depth conversation on the topic, and
Perhaps an area that changes periodically, showcasing some of the other features people are suggesting. ..possibly as an ongoing interactive process for suggesting the topic of the month, favorite book/mind power article, new feature, etc.
…and of course Language options to bridge the gaps in our communication skills.

I think that the whole concept of this online silva comunity is a wonderful thing.you will be more accessable to all those already trained, as well as those who are curious, and in search of knowledge. I hope that this turns out to be even better than it originally planned to be. who knows what it could accomplish in the future.
I think that a good addition would be a section with success stories. Where people will tell how they used the system to overcome problems, change habits, etc.
This could be a knowledge bank, where some of the possibilities of the Silva Method will be on display.
I completed the original Silva Course on 07-06-1974 with instructor William R. Tushaus. A few yrs later I had an exposure to a chemical substance that caused me to have amnesia. Through hypnotherapy I was able to develope a new pathway in my brain to get to some of the old memories and knowledge but not all of it. Then in 1992 I had another chemical exposure that caused me to become so chemically sensitive I did not leave my home for 10 yrs. Most people do not recover from chemical sensitivity. In 2002 I returned to the workforce but not fully. I purchased the Remote Viewing / Remote Influencing cd’s to try to help me remember some of the Silva. Eventually I purchased the home study course which has helped the most. I have gained an exceptional amount of knowledge over the yrs but some of the techniques covered in the seminars just isn’t available in the home study course. It is as if I need to lay down the ground work again. Sometimes when I am trying to put in new programming it is as if the old block from the amnesia is still in the way. That’s what I need help with the most. I learn very well if the info is step by step and relearning the process is what I am after. Thank you for this chance.
The Community Forum will be great for Networking. Perhaps it should be divided into sections as is the SLS. ie., Relationship; Abundance; ESP/Remote Viewing, etc…
Delightful to see her at work. A video brings me closer to the teachings and is a beautiful reminder. I also feel that some free selections for those of us who live on welfare and want to school ourselves and seize scarcity would be very welcomed by us.…also ways to seize scarcity on our planet. Bringing in love and sharing it with as many humans as possible.

Thank you very much to Silva Method for giving me the knowledges to heal myself.Almost 35 years from now since I was 17 years old,I was suffering knees pain taking many kinds of medicine but not totally cured, and last year I begun to practice Silva Method ‚download the audio and follow the instructions, at that moment my right knee felling better.So I was very interested to my lesson because I have also abdominal gas pain two years now I’m taking omeprazole capsole for my ulcer and in my everyday practice I’m felling better two months now I’m not taking this medicine.Moreover,not only my illness cured but also my body felling active and power even I was already 53 years old.Besides,he teach us how to heal ourselves using our own power which people don’t know or understand.More power to Silva Method.

For those who need help with a friend or family member, it would be a good idea to have a day and time — I believe it use to be 8:00pm when we would all go into alpha to send healing vibes. Laura… I only know you from your videos but I am delighted to see you following your fathers “Dream come true” steps. I am a 65 years old grandmother and I encourage my grandsons to work with their “magical mind”. I had a glimpse of The Silva Method about 25 years ago and I have never used an alarm clock since, I wake up at the “exact time that I program myself using your fathers technique. I am now sooooo exited and happy to be able to reach you through the internet and awaken my wonderful mind and inspire my whole family to do the same and spread this arouond our planet. Watching the video reminds me of work I did a few years ago while doing hands on healing. I was so shocked at the accuracy of my findings that I didn’t do it anymore. I would like to be able to do it again now, and look forward to learning more about it and doing case working on the web.

In 1990, one evening as I was sorting out our move from our old house to the new house, I got sort of a stroke and could not move.… I was taken to the hospital, not a single doctor could diagnose what was wrong… it took me 4 years from pillar to post. In Feb 1995, while visiting a osteopath clinic, I saw a notice, was a free talk on ” Jose Silve — mind Control”. I signed up, to go, in the first instance I did not believe, what the lady (Kay Bell) said, but then I signed up for the course — and since then I have not looked back.
I got well, I programmed for everything, that I wanted to get organised in my life… I even programmed for a husband and met my him in 1996, got married in 1999 — I do meditate everyday, somedays even though I fall a sleep and my husband wakes me up to go to bed, I do achieve peace, happiness and the positive sense of life!
This morning, on the radio, a lady said we all live without using both sides of our brain, I called in and said I do, and am very happy!
At this moment in my life I am looking to train to teach Jose Silva, to help people recognise the potential it has to offer!!

I was actually introduced to the Silva Method in the early ’90, and admittedly I had it for several years before I even used it… once I did, it was my bible, and my life saver. The techniques not only work, but they transcended me to another level in my life. Coincidentally, just last week I was thinking about them and wishing I hadn’t given the lessons to my friend a few years back because I was very interested in refreshing my techniques through review… and then I received this email. I guess this just goes to show how strong the power of visualization is, once awakened, even if it’s been awhile since you’ve done it. It really does give you power, and it really does work!!

Hello. It is test.
I just started the Silva meditation and wanted someone to help me. In his book, Silva says to lay down on the bed on look upward at a 20 degree angle behind the eyelids. This seems almost impossible for me. When I do it, my eyelids want to open and they shake uncontrollably as if being strained. I have to concentrate so much on keeping my eyelids closed that it is even hard to count. If i lay flat on my bed and look straight ahead, I assume that my eyes are positioned at 90 degree so to get to 20 i have to look upward, but the moment i try that, my eyelids want to open and begin to shake as i try to keep them closed. Ami doing this wrong?

I was introduced to the Silva Method back in 1985. The course was directed by Jeanie Bengston and was probably the most fulfilling and mind’s-eye opening experience I had since a near death episode five years prior.
The knowledge gained has served me well over the years but would have probably been better for me had I done daily meditations and group sessions regularly, just to dust off the “normalcy’ of every day life.
Its a darmed shame that so often, we find ourselves working under managers with lesser awareness.

i just started the silva method. i have done other methods of mind-body connections. i did autogenics for awhile and i feel good about that. but i am really interested in the benefits of the silva method. i thought i’d talk about my first experience with it. i have always had some resistance with these kinds of mind-body things. for example, i am more open to the idea of releasing pressures in my body and so i do that. but i am less open to things like feeling the vibrations in my thigh bones and so i dont. when i say i am open or not open, i guess i just think some things are a little far-fetched at least for me. i am open to the idea that it is possible but for some reason i still dont open up to it. this also gets in the way of getting into a deeper level of mind. i feel relaxed and less stressed, but i guess i have never been to a deep level of mind while not asleep before so i am not sure what it feels like for me so i am not as open to that idea as well. i hope anyone who has this experience can find some comfort that they are not alone and i also hope for some advice. i want to stick with this and it would be extremely helpful for some advice or for others who have had similar experiences talk about it as well.

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
