Most of the people around the world are having advantage from your excellent knowledge/lesson that sharing to all with gratis.It would be better enough if the hidden vedio and audio could watch/ listen clearly like a normal CD/ movie can.I could neither watch vedio nor listen audio clearly on the net.Thanks a lot for your zeal.

I found the Centering Exercise to be invaluable in my daily life. i have had many obstacles in my life that have been very challenging, one son became paraplegic, my mother and then father died, another son is dealing with Chrone’s Dis-ease, all in the last 5 years. The Silva Course i have chosen has made it almost easy to go through my daily life now. I listen to the ‘Centering..’ EVERY day on top of working the continuing lessons, and writing a Gratitude log.
