The Alpha Anchor–Powerful Techniques For Effortless Learning & Information Retention 30

I was going through some of the MicroCourses that I have developed and I found a fairly interesting one, which I thought would be great to share. It’s called The Alpha Anchor–Powerful Techniques For Effortless Learning & Information Retention. It offers information that will enhance your concentration, your ability to learn and your recall ability. This MicroCourse will help you better learn and remember the vast amounts of information that you receive in your everyday life and will help you stay abreast with the competition.

In Alpha Anchor for Learning you will discover that trigger mechanisms can be any number of specific experiences involving any of the physical senses, which activate a conditioned or predictable response such as better concentration during learning, relaxation, or remembering information during a test. You would learn how to empower thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, resources, and feelings.

This course comes in handy, as you would be able to download the audios and listen to it while walking, sleeping or any other time you desire. I shall release the course over the next two weeks.  The introductory audio is below.

I believe in these times we all could do with a little more learning. You can share the audios with your friends, kids and other family members, as the exercise is very simple to do and will be helpful for all of them. It is also more fun to have family and friends involved in something amazing that you are experiencing. Isn’t it?

Dear Laura, Your alfa Anchor Audio is really very nice but I encountered slight difficulty in downloading may be because I am on a dial up connection and it took half an hour to download. That to in installments.First no sound then after reaching 50% download the sound came on then again stopped for next 50 % download and againsound came on again. Again upto 50% down load and sound came on again.
I remember you very well because I repeated the basic course with you in New York in 1988 and have your autograph.May God be with you for the wonderful work you arte doing. Bomi

I found the Centering Exercise to be invaluable in my daily life. i have had many obstacles in my life that have been very challenging, one son became paraplegic, my mother and then father died, another son is dealing with Chrone’s Dis-ease, all in the last 5 years. The Silva Course i have chosen has made it almost easy to go through my daily life now. I listen to the ‘Centering..’ EVERY day on top of working the continuing lessons, and writing a Gratitude log. Yes-Invaluable! Namaste’ Laura and Jill et All.
