Thanks Laura for providing so powerful informations & technics. I feel it is helping a lot. Pl. guide me if there is any harm, I often at the time of sitting without any work any where goes to sleeping position but I can get information if any body gazzing at me and come to consious position. I used to go to sleep within 30 sec. to 1 min. when I think I will take rest.

I'm not able to download/listen the audio posted on this website. I tried with other sections as well but none were working for me. Do i need to be a member of this site to download these? I have done my Basic and Ultra courses in India few years back and wanting to get back to regular practice. In that context, i'm browsing the site. Any help will be really appreciated.
