The 4 Stages Of Mind 13

Did you know that there are 4 dif­fer­ent stages to the mind? Did you also know how impor­tant it is for you to enter and remain the fourth stage at will?

By spend­ing a few min­utes watch­ing this, you’re going to under­stand the impor­tance of  mind­set and how it’s going to affect your ‘flow’.

Hi Laura,

I’ve been read­ing your mostly free mate­r­ial, given that I have done the Silva Method of Mind Con­trol as it was called some years ago back in Australia.

The course came with a life time free repeat offer for the entire course or any part thereof.

One part really struck me was on MEMORY PEGS as it was called then. Do you do or have info on that aspect of the course., or has been dropped over the course’s evolution.

and a lot of the things are work­ing fine,people
need to remem­ber that only when you train your body ona daily basis you get results,same thing with the mind,
its practice,practise and prac­tise thats all its that simple.

The video was very impres­sive. I learned that I’m not in the state of flow, I’m where he said most peo­ple are, happy right now and with no vision for the future. It’s not that I don’t have plans it’s just that so many things can hap­pen that are out of our con­trol and before you know it, it changes every­thing. I love the med­i­ta­tion though, it helps me relax and have a bet­ter day. Thank you so much for offer­ing that for free.

Sweet Patri­cia, You really want to lose weight? It requires dis­ci­pline and you being in love with your­self before you ever start, like Silva indi­cated by say­ing be happy with your­self before you achieve your suc­cess if I may some­what paraphrase.

Fall in love with sal­ads espe­cially let­tuce, turkey pieces, var­i­ous veg­gies and fruits. Drink water and walk daily and often. Put boiled eggs in your sal­ads. Love mak­ing your­self slen­der and visu­al­ize your­self slen­der and beau­ti­ful in the mir­ror, because you really are very beautiful!

How would one ground etheric ener­gies of foods and or chem­i­cals. so they do not have side effects of bloat­ing Const, Diare, moods, tox­i­c­ity etc.
Test­ing through A.K. and then a shmanic flush of them tested for. what to do to keep them grounded?

Patri­cia, I don’t know what you did but this worked for me. Use the 3 to 1 method and see your­self as you would like to be, but here is the key. When you see your­self you must believe in your mind that this is how you are now. Not how you want to be, but truly believe this is you right now. See your­self as a gor­geous sexy woman or how­ever it is you want to be.Dress your­self in a beau­ti­ful gown doing the things you would as a slim­mer per­son. Think! like you are this per­son. You must not have any doubts. You are that person.In doing this it will pro­pel you to do the things you need, to get to your goal weight. You must do this every day.
