   I would like to thank you for the free lessons that I am currently receiving (on lesson three so far). In the brief time that I have been practicing - listening to the centering audio, and applying the lessons so far, I can sense a deep and profound shift - both physical and mental. I have been using another meditation technique and the Silva Method complements this immaculately! In fact it has taken me a huge leap forward. For the past three years I have been caught up in a ‘property can of worms’; it has been unbelievably stressful, and at times thought I might ‘go under’. This morning as I write this (from Gloucestershire in England) I feel I have tapped into something - a deeper strength, another level, that I know is going to pull me through. I no longer feel that I am ‘borrowing’ strength from others, but have all the resources I need within myself. Thankyou.

   I would also like to thank you for the free lessons that I am receiving. I just finished my first one and believe it or not I feel much better than I did when I started. The last six months have been very, very stressful for me. Having lost everything we owned I an very depressed and feel at times that I can’t go on. However, I feel that these lessons will help me to find the real me again. I hope that in the near future I will be able to purchase the complete program. If one lesson helped me relax and forget about what I’ve been through in just the 25 minutes it took to listen to the audio then I wonder what I will feel like after the lessons are over. Thanks again and I will let you know how I feel after a few more lessons.

   I am so gratiful for the free lessons that you have sent to me so far! I feel much in tune with my innerself and the universe as well! I feel peacfull all the time, and I can see much clear when it comes to face my daily life situation. I promisse, I will buy the Silvia Method as soon as I can…All my love and blessing to you all.

   My wife Mrs. Hasina Akhter (age 40) from Dhaka, Bangladesh, has long been suffering from an acute syndrome of “auto Immune disease” (wegners Granulomatosis), a very rare suffering which may not be cancer, but its malignancy is no less devastating.
   She has been attended and provided almost all modern medications, both in Bangladesh and abroad. But nothing seems to cure her agony. So our only consolation left is the mighty and unseen blessing from heaven.
   Now she is suffering of Stomach infection and pain, Head, Jaw and Gum area pain, Back pain, Cavities - Infections on both Lungs, Bad cough, upset stomach, Osteopenia, weight loss, joint pain, Fever, Lost Appetite etc.
   So, you are requested to kindly let her name be announced in your prayer or any other discussions, so that your people can bring her in their prayer. I am confident that where great number of people raise their hand to the creator, one hand may be granted.

   Just started on the free lessons on the centering method and find that I am more energetic and focused. I am 72 year old grandma of 10 grandchildren and trying to learn Arabic and hope by using this method can help me master the language.

   Thanks for the lessons. I’m learning so much. The centering audio is great! As soon as my money situation gets better I will be a real member I’m sure.
