Redefining Your Mind Set For Weight Loss And Health

Losing InchesHow has your weight loss been going? Are you happy? Healthy? Do you feel sta­ble? If you’re not, you need to reeval­u­ate your body and mind until you fully under­stand your health and your weight loss goals.

If you missed out on the last Weight Loss audio, you need to lis­ten to it. It will help you redis­cover your health and fully real­ize your trig­gers, the rea­sons for your weight gain, and how you can best begin your weight loss program.

Remem­ber your 4 ele­ments: phys­i­cal, men­tal, spir­i­tual, and emo­tional. Weight is not only phys­i­cal.     Thank you so much.I just used your med­i­ta­tion for weight loss and health for the first time and I must truly say that there is a calm and peace of mind that wasn’t there before.This might sound rather strange but I actu­ally When I came out of it I was still laugh­ing and I find myself still laughing.It is not that the med­i­ta­tion is funny in itself,but it brought me to a place of such calm and peace,that gig­gles are com­ing out of me.Thank you,I haven’t felt like this since I was a child

    I am very much happy while redescov­er­ing Silva Method.
    In actual fact I take a sem­i­nar in early eithees (1982)in Brasil , Sal­vador , Bahia .
    Now I live in For­t­aleza , Ceara , north­east of Brasil , and sud­denly I had the great need to sum up the efforts of my psi­chol­o­gist, with a good method of med­i­ta­tion and visu­al­iza­tion.

    I am at the age of 64 , have been graduted in Mechan­i­cal engeener­ing in Sao paulo uni­ver­sity some 40 years ago.
    I am retired now but have a great life with my new woman and two chil­dren .Have much to do with my own busi­ness but I also need to be self con­troled aginst the fears and stress of the life.

    I have recently read 2 books from the Silva Method. The first is YOU THE HEALER by Jose Silva and Robert B. Stone, the sec­ond is JOSE SILVA’S EVERYDAY ESP by Jose Silva Jr. with Ed Bernd Jr. They have been tremen­dous sources and I am imag­in­ing I would gain even more if I could take the train­ing. It would be great to attend a train­ing and I am search­ing for a sched­ule with costs, etc. Please let me know where to find a sched­ule, etc Thanks, Yvonne

    Dear Laura,thank you fro bot­tom of my heart for this amaz­ing meditation.I start it only today and I feel so much peace and I set my goal with your med­i­ta­tion method to loose 3 1b every month up to 40 1b this year.You have given me hope and courage to do it. From over weight,I’m hav­ing high blood pressure.Is there any way to con­trol high blood pres­sure with­out pill ? I really need help.
