Yes, all these stories are real. These people are the ones who believed in themselves and took the leap of faith. These are mostly Silva Graduates, Silva Home Study Course buyers or Silva Seminar attendees. They have learned and mastered the art of self healing and sometimes remote healing.
- How can I do this?
I was following up on how people were responding to the videos and blog posts. Our earlier efforts were only directed to make sure that you believe and take a more positive approach to life, but as I saw and received multiple requests from you asking for assistance, I had no choice but to compile Silva Healing Seminar Material and make a Home Study Course.

This program interests me very much, as I’m still looking for a way to cure my child of an “incurable” condition. As well as general health for my entire family. This product is much more expensive though than all the other products I’ve seen at Silva and simply out of my reach at the moment. Would the basic Silva Life System provide the same info? As others have also said, I’m being bombarded by everyone selling something today to help make my life perfect, quickly and easily. The things I’ve bought so far have been less than that. I’m hesitant to believe anything anymore.

It seems to me that people are afraid. They know they need this material but they aren’t sure that they can make it work for them. Understandable when the material concerns ideas that in many cases they have never heard of before. I find it best not to hand over my money (if I had any that is!) and to look for one tiny free idea that does work for me — that I do get results from even if those results are small compared to what I would like to be able to achieve. With this method I have found that my belief in the power of the mind has grown and I have found some direction for my interest in self-healing and personal growth. I’m having problems focusing on my school work, and also remembering things as well.. What can I do to solve these problems that I’m having?
Practicing the deepening exercises; does that mean go thru the whole relaxation process first when you wake up and are still in bed? Or just do the counting down to deepen?
I listened to the Silva Centring exercise audio before going to bed hoping it would relax me and help me go to sleep faster and longer. I had a very bad night; woke up very very early and could not go back to sleep. Please advise — it is a common phenomenon or just a coincidence.
