Positive Thoughts Lead To Positive Outcomes

positive-thoughts-cd

I was reflecting  on what words and quotes have had the biggest impact on my life yesterday and the line that pops to my head first is this: positive thinking leads to positive outcomes.

I know you all have heard this and many of you live it daily, but it never hurts to be reminded of its power. Repetitive learning is the best way to make change and improvements.

The reason why this phrase is so important is that thought precedes manifestation.  Before you can have what you desire, you must think it.  You must align yourself in a positive position first and you do this through your thoughts.

The problem is when you go throughout life, unaware of your thoughts, thereby living unconsciously.

You can increase awareness in your thought process now by answering the following questions:

  • Are your thoughts your own?  Or do they belong to your peers, family, and friends?
  • Is your self-talk supportive of your dreams, goals, and desires?
  • What are some of the beliefs that run your life?
  • What images are attached to your most persistent thoughts?

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I want you to listen to this audio I made a while ago that fully brings out your consciousness to the forefront.  You will become more aware of how your thoughts are actually affecting your life and manifestations.

I want you to analyze your thought process, how does it affect your personality, and why people can instantly pick up on how you think.

Remember, whatever you focus on will expand in that direction.  With this audio, you will be able to direct your attention to what you want and get what you want. I will ask you more questions that will bring out your thought awareness and show you how to refocus your thoughts by changing your speech patterns, choice of words, and visualization.

After you listen to the audio, tell me how you have changed your life just by changing your thoughts and what are your answers to the questions above.

    Dear Laura,

You cannot imagine how much I am “growing”, expanding with these Teachings! I came across your Program through Bob Proctor and after taking 2 beautiful courses with him, I decided to get involved with Da Silva teachings and I must say that 2009 has been a year of Growth. Through your wonderful courses I AM shifting for the better and can never thank you enough for becoming aware that I am the true “architect” of my life!
I am so grateful to your father’s perseverance and to you all who as children had to go through “experiments” to serve the World.
    Thank you!

    Kindest regards

Dear Laura, I have to say that I absolutely agree with this theory. Human mind –and more specifically our thoughts, is the most important cause of reality. The problem for us as a gender to survival is the balance. I wonder if as there are more positive thoughts, there are so many negative ones.…, because colective human mind is blind and out of control. At this moment, in my personal circumstances, the best state for my inner peace occurs when I am able to not thinking at all. As Eckhart Tolle has writen, we all are able to do that and it must be the first step if you want to stop a crazy horse race –which is our mind in these times. But anyway, I am sure that your intentions are good and can only say, OK, go to the good goals for all of us

Thanks for your audio on positvity. I think that it is very useful to repeat the message. My whole upbringing taught me the art of making do and learning not to expect even some of the things which people routinely need. In one sense this has led me more quickly to the quantum hologram view and the Zen quote — “There is nothing to be; nothing to have; and nothing to do”. From this more relaxed state it is sometimes possible to see that, as one teacher told me:-“You can have anything you like as long as you don’t want it.” The lesson being that in reality you already have everything, and given what you REALLY are, which outshadows all materialism, and what you can DO, which eclipses your best expectations or imagination, it is almost disrespectful to express yourself in terms of limitation, when the last molecule on your eyelashes is worth more than all the wealth in the universe.

Dear Laura, I purchased Silva method 2 months ago. I am practicing the excercises but have no success. I can’t get into meditation particularly before going to bed and in the morning before getting up. And I can’t access my dreams. Is there something I must to do to get the method working for me.

Great! This fits in exactly with my meditation program with Bill Harris and his Life Principles course. Thinking positively + congruence = manifestation. The Silva Home Course is a must. Thanks!

Dear Laura, I’ve wanted to drop you a note for several days. I was curious to see if Silva was still around. So happy to see that Silva is alive and well in the 21st century. My wife and I are graduates from Silva in the mid 1970s. I was introduced to Silva by a friend of mine who lived in Houston, TX which at that time was a hotbed of the Silva method. We took the program at a center in Dallas,TX however I do not remember the gentlemens name who gave the course at that time. I bought a set of audio tapes when they first became available but they have since become
scattered I still have great interest in your program.

Yes, Laura, it is true, that positive thoughts create positive outcome. I have experienced it many times, since I practise it. To bad, negative thoughts or negative situations announced I say : I don’t accept them, the negative situations announced or negative thoughts and I think about a situation opposite to that negative one by saying: the good situation will continue.
    And then it happens.
I learned this from teachings of Bruno Gröning (1906–1959, Germany),a man who could heal persons by the power of the Universe.
He said : if you take in the good and put aside the evil, you have only the good. Bad thoughts come from the evil Put them aside and keep only the good ones, which come from the Source. Listen to your inner voice.
    It changed my life.

I finished listening to the “Positive thoughts positive outcomes” audio. Overall I agreed we should be thinking positively. But there is a concept which I don’t fully understand:

People, who feel deprived the good things in their life, have a greater tendency to focus on what they want and don’t have. That reinforces the existence of what they are lacking.”

Why is the reinforcement of lacking when we want something?
Could you elaborate this further and give some examples?

Very good. I was very fortunate to have very positive parents and we were not allowed to say I can’t. That there was always a solution to any problem and to attract positive people we had to be positive ourselves as we were told..you attract people like yourself.
We were told never to associate with people who were negative, who always complained and put the blame on everyone else for their failures.
We were taught to always think positive and if something negative happened to look at the positive side of it as negative always teaches us a less, therefore it becomes positive if we search the *why*.
We were taught if a negative came into our mind to immediately to say *cancel* as negativeness is the *cancer* of the mind.
Once you start being positive and saying cancel when a negative thought comes to mind that it is done automatically..my mother used to say, ” Put yourself on automatic pilot.“
I have never been jealous of anyone either because as my mother said..Cancer of the mind as being jealous blocks us to become successful and prevents us to see the good side of things.
Positiveness is the only way to be and will carry you throught anything in life.
