Being “at peace” with yourself is healthy, as it is the opposite to being anxious or stressed. When you’re mentally and spiritually at peace, you’ll become a stronger person inside and out, and this will help you in the face of any challenges you may encounter throughout your life. It will also improve your relationships with those around you.

This video will give you some clarity on the importance of finding inner peace through meditation. You’ll also understand how every single intentions, thoughts and beliefs can really affect your living experience which will, in turn, affect your desired outcome.

Better and better,

Laura

Yes, there is a background noise. But for those of you having problems discerning, here’s what I could transcribe:

To achieve inner peace, which is a reachable goal for everyone, there is a process. And, the process, is worth going through. The process is going to incorporate that you meditate. The process is going to “require” that you add more mindfulness to your living experience, that you’re more conscious of your living experience.

The process is going to require for you to take responsibility for your actions, because whenever you think, believe or behave in certain ways, is going to lead to an outcome. Is that outcome, the one that you desired. If it is, then you continue to think, believe and behave in that way but if not you must change it. But you cannot change it unless you add mindfulness or consciousness to your living experience.

So it takes that process for you to actually engage yourself in a very conscious manner towards the desired outcome that you want to achieve and then notice that when what you did let to that outcome, it actually manifested — happiness, or it manifested a good relationship or more abundance in your life or it manifested more health. But that you have that ability within together with higher power, if you will, to make these things happen.

And when you are on target, when you are on line, you know it. And your body knows it. When you do good, you know you do good. When you do wrong, you know you do wrong. You have to be very conscious of that intention behind all your actions and behaviors, behind what you are out to do. Because, your intentions are very valuable in that way.

So your intentions must be honorable. Your thoughts must be honorable. Your behaviors and your beliefs must be the kind that are going to attract more of what you want to achieve into your living experience. And you must get to know yourself inside and out; must add mindfulness to your living experience and take responsibility for your actions. Because, when you do, you begin to recognize that there is a certain way of being that allows you to be in a flow, that allows you to attract good things into your life, that allows you to experience that inner peace. Because now you know that you are an active participant in your living experience. You’re not a victim. But that you’re an active player instead. And when you play or when you participate consciously and mindfully then you can manifest and create
life of your own design and that could be very very good life. Then we are also open and aware, tolerant of others’ journey as well. So we’re not here to control anything but more so allow things to be. And, create your own experience as you go.

When you have that knowing, based on your evidence, and your experience then you know, that you can rest peacefully because that, is going to give it end result, inner peace.
