    I have been on med­ica­tions for sleep that I have been tak­ing for over 10 years so that I can get 8 hours of sleep a night and they have not made my sleep worse so I do dis­sagree with what you are say­ing about them not treat­ing the simptum.But I know for a fact that heal­ing I have done with The Silva heal­ing meth­ods have helped me to taper off of my med­ica­tions all most com­pletely to where I don’t need to rely on them anymore.I have done other heal­ings and ther­apy that has helped to heal my mind so I didn’t have to rely on med­ica­tions for peri­ods of time, but I don’t rec­om­mend that you tell peo­ple to get off of all there med­ica­tions all at wonce because I have known of peo­ple who have stoped their med­ica­tion all at wonce and all there sui­ci­dle thoughts and feel­ings came back the next day and they shot them selvs in the head and com­mited suicide.No doc­ter rec­om­mends that med­ica­tion alone can help you to heal,but used with some kind of heal­ing or ther­apy it can help take the edge off enough to leave the house so you can explore other meth­ods of healing.I know this because of my own expe­ri­ence of being sui­ci­dle and mak­ing real plans to kill myself by per­chas­ing a gun license and I even went out shop­ing for a gun and was ready to buy and even made sui­ci­dle attemps but when I checked into a hos­pi­tal and got onto the right med­ica­tions a lot of sui­ci­dal ten­dan­sies went a way and I could sleep again.

    I like the Silva method How­ever, I am hav­ing prob­lems really being able to uti­lize it because I have ADD and I can’t seem to get a per­sonal response on how to deal with this.

    my fif­teen yr. old son shot him­self in the head some months ago and the silva method that Ive so far I think is help­ing me from hav­ing break­down, Im find­ing the cen­ter I thought Id lost. jeannie

    I learnt silva method (BSL) in 1994. Sin­cerely i have to admit that i have been ben­e­fited very won­der­fully by it many a times. Men­tion of one or two instances may be of great source of inspi­ra­tion for many who are skep­ti­cal about it’s effi­cacy.
    I will men­tion one episode in my next mail
