Hi Laura,
I’m down­load­ing your audio exposed here. I have been using the one from Ed Bernd Jr. for recov­er­ing the abil­ity of going to and main­tain­ing Alpha Level.
I took the BLS-4 back in 1972 with a great teacher named Magin Fuster and the Grad­u­ate Course in 1973 or 1974 (don’t remem­ber) with your uncle Juan. But, sadly said, I stopped prac­tic­ing while I went to see what many other ways and meth­ods had to offer in knowl­edge on the sub­ject.
Now, after a lot of research, includ­ing sev­eral dif­fer­ent courses, some more mys­ti­cal orders and tons of books, I’m com­ing back to the one that worked bet­ter, bet­ter and bet­ter: The Silva Method!
“Coin­ci­dences” are hap­pen­ing more and more as time passes, and I think your relax arti­cles and audios will help me go faster on my way back.

A sec­ond com­ment…
I already used your audio and I think is excel­lent! I liked the pace you main­tain dur­ing the exer­cise and also noticed you included some parts of the body that typ­i­cally need atten­tion to relax, like the neck, arms and hands.
But I noticed some changes that dis­turbed me a lit­tle: I’m used to the 3 to 1 method for enter­ing and 1 to 5 for exit­ing, and here you are using a dif­fer­ent way… not a big prob­lem, except for the break on the con­ve­nience of main­tain­ing a stan­dard. Could you share any com­ments on this?
Beside that, thanks a lot for your great gift!

After a very stress­ful dayof run­ning around and attend­ing to busi­ness prob­lems etc, came home and lis­tened to short relax­ation audio and fell asleep at the­com­puter. How­ever, when Icame back felt so relaxed and ready to do any­thing my mind thought of. Thank you so vey much

I have gone through this twice. The sec­ond time I thought I wasn’t relax­ing but I woke up sev­eral min­utes after the ses­sion ended. I feel the relax­ation effect and the release of stress although my cir­cum­stances haven’t appeared to change.

Dear Lara it was an excel­lant expe­ri­ence to lis­ten to this relax­ation audio. You are indeed doing tremen­dous help to peo­ple like me who did read about med­i­ta­tion and relax­tion but had no live expe­ri­ence like this i.e. being guided by an expert. Wish tou best luck and you have my prayers to con­tinue get­ting strength to keep help­ing peo­ple.
