    Hi Laura,
    I'm downloading your audio exposed here. I have been using the one from Ed Bernd Jr. for recovering the ability of going to and maintaining Alpha Level.
    I took the BLS-4 back in 1972 with a great teacher named Magin Fuster and the Graduate Course in 1973 or 1974 (don't remember) with your uncle Juan. But, sadly said, I stopped practicing while I went to see what many other ways and methods had to offer in knowledge on the subject.
    Now, after a lot of research, including several different courses, some more mystical orders and tons of books, I'm coming back to the one that worked better, better and better: The Silva Method!
    "Coincidences" are happening more and more as time passes, and I think your relax articles and audios will help me go faster on my way back.

    A second comment...
    I already used your audio and I think is excellent! I liked the pace you maintain during the exercise and also noticed you included some parts of the body that typically need attention to relax, like the neck, arms and hands.
    But I noticed some changes that disturbed me a little: I'm used to the 3 to 1 method for entering and 1 to 5 for exiting, and here you are using a different way... not a big problem, except for the break on the convenience of maintaining a standard. Could you share any comments on this?
    Beside that, thanks a lot for your great gift!

    After a very stressful dayof running around and attending to business problems etc, came home and listened to short relaxation audio and fell asleep at thecomputer. However, when Icame back felt so relaxed and ready to do anything my mind thought of. Thank you so vey much

    I have gone through this twice. The second time I thought I wasn't relaxing but I woke up several minutes after the session ended. I feel the relaxation effect and the release of stress although my circumstances haven't appeared to change.

    Dear Lara it was an excellant experience to listen to this relaxation audio. You are indeed doing tremendous help to people like me who did read about meditation and relaxtion but had no live experience like this i.e. being guided by an expert. Wish tou best luck and you have my prayers to continue getting strength to keep helping people.
