It´s almost impossible to keep for myself the benefits of the Silva Life System.Nothing agrees more perfectly with the whole I have been thinking and dreaming of, like this method and teachings.Even concerning the concept that children have problems, is also mine for a long long time.This is the reason why I could never understand parents who deal harshly with their children when they are already in their teens.I openly communicate with my children and all children as a preparation for their future in order to make them independent.I consider dependence as a curse both in men and women today.They were not taught to assume the responsibilities of their lives and acts; and now they spend their time blaming their wives,husbands, the government and so on.

I used the deep relaxation exercise and experienced a feeling of deep peace in my mind. The ability to release stress from my body helped the nerve damage I have in my shoulders arms and hands created by nerve impingement in my neck, the pain has been excruciating. This exercise is very beneficial to my healing.

I could n't agree more Laura, i'm a great believer in explaining to my children, as you say, what has been the cause and effect, of what is now happening in their life. Which experiences choices & thoughts lead them to be where they are, i.e. the law of attraction.

I wish like Astrid I'd also been much more aware of the importance of this simple fact of life & taught it as a child. The world will become a very different place when people start to realise, we are all responsible for our actions in every moment.

I know for sure that if I had acsess to these tools when I was a teenager - life would have been different. And if only I could teach my children this when they were younger... they would have more confidence and maybe have an easier life.
