It starts with a smile 32

It’s the first of April, a brand new month. I would really like everyone to smile today. Have a big smile on your face and a lightness in your hearts. Even if you think that life is serious, life is tough, life is meant to be a struggle (oh dear, I really hope that you don’t think this!!) — I want you to smile. Smile like life is fabulous — because it is! Take that lightness in your heart and add it to everything in your life. Because life isn’t hard, life isn’t serious and life certainly wasn’t meant to be a struggle!

When you wake up in the morning, smile and say “Hello world! How are you today?”
When making breakfast, smile! When your kids are running about smile and remember the times when you used to have that much energy. When you get into the office, smile at your co-workers. Smile when you see your boss, smile when you’re in the gym, smile when you pick up your children from school, smile when you’re preparing dinner, smile at the sunset, smile before you go to bed, smile at yourself in the mirror. In fact, take it a step further and laugh out loud!

You might look like a crazy smiley person, but remember, smiles are contagious, it makes you look more attractive, and elevates your mood. It makes you look instantly younger and more successful, it relieves stress, boosts your immune systems and lowers your blood pressure. That’s a lot of benefits for something that doesn’t cost you a thing.

So start today and smile. Honestly you’ll see a difference, I promise. Put a smiley in the comments section and let me know how it goes!

Smile” and the world smiles with you,
Frown and you frown alone,
The cheerful grin will let you in,
Where frowns are never known!

Thank you for that WONDERFUL SMILE! It made me remember: “SMILE AND THE WORLD WILL SMILE WITH YOU!” When my children and friends see me smile, it is contagious, they smile also and ask me ‚“IS there something good?” And I say, “YES!” So that starts the day with everybody sharing something “GOOD” that happened to them! Very interesting and positive to begin the day! ALOHA and MAHALO!

Somebody once said; “You are never fully dressed, if you are not wearing a smile.” I have observed, that a smile, shortens the distance between two strangers.

While visiting a friend in London, she gave us some flowers and we took them back with us on the train ride to Manchester. My daughter and I were amazed at the fact that everyone looked at the flowers and smiled at us, by the time we made it to Manchester our spirits were much lighter and we were smiling as well. Many blessings.

Smile is contagious and is the most healing medication we should use to clear ourselves and our world of glum. Today we encounter the majority of people in big city in particular wearing long sad face. when we see a smile it uplift our spirit and gives us hope. So I do wear one every day. I have done this for the longest time and I have received many many smiles in return. this is the best gift you can give and receive.

A smile A smile how can you not feel better when you smile? this is something I have heard time and again threw life. And know that I have consciously been making my self smile for the last couple of yrs. I can honestly say that I have more good day’s then I do bad. Now I must say my children do think that I am a little weird some times. How ever my relation ship with my children and other has improved a lot not that they were bad I just had room for improvement in that department. I have been working the Silva system for one month know and have learned some and yet when I thank about how much more there is for me to improve I just get really excited .

We all need to smile, because the smile makes
us happy, when ever you are in need of a smile
give it to others.
The more we smile, the more we gain friends, and
gain confindence.
Your smile to your brother is a gift.
Like everything in the world, the more you give
the more you gain.

My mum does not smile a lot, but I remember one of the most unhappy life periods; one morning I woke up and when looked at my bedroom door there was her, with the biggest smile I had ever seen in her eyes; since that moment the bad period –which had stayed inside me for at least three years– started to change. Smile is the best I can give to my fourteen doughter now
