Hey friends,

If you have a web­cam or video record­ing device in your com­puter, you can eas­ily record your own story and send it in.

With these quick and sim­ple direc­tions, any­one can upload a video on youtube.

Step 1. Go to www.youtube.com. There you will have to sign in or cre­ate an account. Its ok its a safe and secure website.

Step 2. Click the yel­low “Upload” but­ton on the top right-hand side of the homepage.

Step 3.   Choose a video file. YouTube cur­rently accepts these video formats:

• AVI (Win­dows Media Video).
• 3GP (cell phones).
• MOV (mac).
• MP4 (ipod/psp).
• MPEG
• MPG (Motion Pic­ture Experts Group)

Step 4. Click the ‘Upload Video’ button.

Step 5.  Enter the details required, the title of the video, the descrip­tion of the video, what cat­e­gory the video should be in and the tags. Option­ally, you can fill in the ‘Broad­cast Options’, the ‘Date and Map Options’ and the ‘Shar­ing Options’

Step 6. Then hit ‘Save’ but­ton and your title, descrip­tion, etc. will be saved when your video has com­pleted uploading!

And there you have it! Its just that simple.
