i don't know what the silva method is.. i know that i have used self-healing all my life... in fact, as a kid i used to "fix" my older sister when she would hurt herself... when my father found out, he asked me to stop doing that and never to speak about it to anyone...i always hoped to find other people who had that and would not consider me a frick... someone recently, who i thought he might know and i hinted something to him, suggested i look it up the net...

I have several of the Silva cassette tape programs and listened to them several times. I probably did not use the alpha tapes enough, although I did listen to them quite a number of times. I believe in the ability of the mind to promote healing. I'm currently trying the EFT emotional freedom technique to get rid of tinitus I have had for over 30 years. So far nothing has worked on that but I will keep practicing. There is another interesting technology called Immunics that really will stop a cold from developing into full blown symptoms. It is claimed to even heal herpes and other affinities doctors struggle with.

Dear Laura,

I was able to find a free copy of your father's book, "The Silva Mind Control Method for Getting Help from the Other Side", and I have been performing the instructions there that I believe will assist in my quest of spiritual enlightenment. I have been on the hunt for a way to access my unconscious for a while by reading Jung, practicing meditation, and reading copious amounts of books on auto-suggestion or self-hypnotism. I feel changed but will continue to increase by efforts and abilities using your method. My hunt began with a high number of coincidences that clearly had a meaning. I believe that the meaning is to become more self-aware, and to be a more whole or complete person. I am unable to afford your home study course or go to your seminars given that I have been unemployed for a while and have a new born baby. But,keep up the good work of supplying this system to the world.

HI, I have the Home Study Course from 5 years ago. What difference is the Silva Life Course?? I need motivation. I know we can heal ourselves as I healed my knee. Took 9 months but it completely healed itself! I have meditated for years and my life is always better when I have an active meditation practice going!

I believe in silva method, 10 y ago i read book, i was amazed, i started to use method, sometimes it works , somethimes not.. but i still believe...
I wish some day i could attend silva semenar. Is it possible?

Hi Laura,
Took SMC from you in LasVegas, NV.
If 2 people are diagnosed with Cancer at the same time, have identical stage of cancer, including the same environmental factors, when the MD breaks the news to them:
Patient #1's mind reaction: "O, yeah? I will beat it."
Patient #2's mind reaction: "O, my gosh, cancer, I am going to die."
Guess what? Patient #1 lives, and Patient #2 dies. Invariably. (Observation after 33 years of nursing practice.) I also think environmental factors play a part; however, the mind can nullify/or/amplify those effects...
Depending on their beliefs. Better & Better!
