About twenty years ago my sis­ter, brother-in-law and mother took the Silva Method in Philadel­phia. I heard about it but pro­cras­ti­nated. I finally got around to tak­ing the Silva Method class. It was a great expe­ri­ence. I con­tinue to work the method and read further.

I can’t wait until I get to take my next class. It is inspi­ra­tional and trans­for­ma­tional. I find myself much more pos­i­tive, orga­nized and dis­ci­plined. I am sorry I didn’t do it ear­lier but I am glad I am work­ing the method now.

To Get Any­thing You Want in Life

Liv­ing a ‘Level’ Life…

My life as I know it can be neatly divided in half by the Silva Method Course. Prior to Silva, I had “moments” when I was aware of being at level such as day­dreams, or lucid night dreams. The Silva tech­nique, being sim­ple, easy, and BEST of all QUICK, put me into another dimen­sion when­ever I wanted to.

Now I live every moment at Level, and use this pow­er­ful tool and tech­nique in my heal­ing thoughts for oth­ers, and my visu­al­iza­tion of my dis­tant roadmap I see with an Eagle’s eye, that is truly clairevoy­ance. Noth­ing com­pares to this tech­nique, and it enhances every­thing I knew before such as breath­ing med­i­ta­tion, and Psych-K. I feel it has made me WAKE UP and built my aware­ness instead of “sleep­walk­ing” through my life.

It is amaz­ing that such a tool was dis­cov­ered, and it has made a tremen­dous dif­fer­ence in my life as a man, and my career path as a physi­cian and inven­tor. I am very grate­ful and blessed that this tech­nique is a daily part of my NEW life! THANK YOU, SILVA TEAM!

Don’t strug­gle. Med­i­tate and imag­ine what you want. You will get it.

Just before Christ­mas 2006 I began to use the Silva Method reg­u­larly.. Shortly after I began hav­ing strange intu­itions and dreams that some­thing about my hus­band would shortly be end­ing. At the time he was trav­el­ing over 1000 miles per week and was work­ing close to 100 hours. Our fam­ily life was at melt down and I planted the ques­tion “How do we regain our lives”.

The strange expec­ta­tion con­tin­ued until Feb 16 my hus­band returned from work early with the news that he had lost his job. He is the only provider for the fam­ily. Over the next 7 months he searched for work and my “help­ful?” sug­ges­tions did noth­ing to move him towards find­ing new employment.

I used the men­tal video tech­nique, first bring­ing together all the images of life as it was with no income, and then life with a new career for him. I sur­rended the sit­u­a­tion to the Uni­verse and three days later sud­denly felt the urge to con­tact an out­place­ment con­sul­tant I had used in the past– she spoke to me and then sug­gested my hus­band call a col­league of hers.

He did– and the day after this guy hap­pened to bump into an old friend and asked if he needed a Finance Direc­tor– and sure enough he did– even before the guy had seen my hus­bands CV– two weeks later my hus­band had a new job!!

Stop the strug­gle — hand over to this amaz­ing uni­ver­sal force which Jose Silva unleashed for us. As I write this I reflect on a few areas on my life which are less than per­fect just now and I am reminded that just as I need to breathe to sur­vive, so too I need to use Silva every day in order to live.

Going back to med­i­ta­tion has brought back health and hap­pi­ness into my life.

My name is Maria. I have been med­i­tat­ing for at least 16 years. I had met a few woman along the way who were very inspi­ra­tional to me. The one of which had men­tioned “The Silva Method “to me. I had run out and bought the book and imme­di­ately started to med­i­tate the Silva Method. Over the next sev­eral years I had fallen out of the prac­tice of med­i­tat­ing although it was when I needed it most.

I would preach how medi­a­tion is so awe­some and 1 day some­one said to me if it is so great why are you such a wreck, my busi­ness after 18 suc­cess­ful years was com­ing to an end, money was so tight, my Mother was diag­nosed with Leukemia, and I lost a few friends to ill­ness. I prayed a lot but real­ized I was fraz­zled and the more fraz­zled I became the worst my life became. I now picked up where I left off with the Silva Method and things are start­ing to look up again. I changed my vision and my life is chang­ing too. It is slow but sure.

Thank God my Mother is doing great I know in my heart that my prayers to the Lord Jesus and St Jude helped her and that Silva medi­a­tion helped me. My finan­cial sit­u­a­tion is still quite tight but I now have a clear vision of where I want to be.

Being in the Alpha state is truly amazing

My name is Cathy & this past 10 years have been very sad for our family,we have lost 2 brothers,one had a mas­sive heart attack & he was only 54 years old,my other brother passed away with bone can­cer & he was 59 years of age.

Dur­ing this time my mother was also very ill & she is still in the hospital,however I’m the youngest of the fam­ily & when we got the call that my sec­ond brother had passed away I had to tell my mom,which was very difficult.

The uni­ver­sal appeal of the Silva Method is bril­liant & I have gained per­sonal power as your med­i­ta­tion method has saved my life.

Over­com­ing Fear and Achiev­ing a Full Life

How Silva Method has trans­formed my life

I learned so much by tak­ing the Silva Mind Basic course. One of the exer­cises on elim­i­nat­ing “lim­it­ing beliefs” allowed me the oppor­tu­nity to bring to light a very lim­it­ing belief that I devel­oped at the ten­der age of 11.

At age 11, my dad passed away and I told myself “Now you are not the same as every­one else, you are miss­ing something…there is some­thing miss­ing with you and you are no longer a com­plete per­son”. This was an uncon­scious “belief” that I was able to bring to light and deal with 20 years later. It became appar­ent to me how lim­it­ing this belief had been in my life. I intel­lec­tu­ally knew that many peo­ple grow up with­out their fathers but I some­how felt I was dif­fer­ent and it was some­thing I made a fact as an inno­cent, griev­ing child.

The expe­ri­ence of bring­ing this lim­it­ing belief to light was life-transforming for me. Fol­low­ing this expe­ri­ence, came an even more ful­fill­ing one at the same work­shop. While we started to pre­pare to do “case­work­ing”, we were doing the exer­cise on “meet­ing our guides”. I remem­ber feel­ing a lit­tle ner­vous antic­i­pat­ing the meet­ing with my male guide because I thought, in my mind, I was going to meet my dad.

As I had this thought in my mind, I heard my dad’s voice! He said, “Your are not going to “meet” with me, I’ve been with you all along!” This brought with it a sense of joy, peace, and the knowl­edge that that was true, part of me knew his spirit was always with me, I just had not been in a place of allow­ing myself to be aware of his pres­ence. I felt his lov­ing embrace, and felt the “one­ness” with him…I knew at that moment that I was not miss­ing any­thing, I was whole and com­plete and I also real­ized it had always been this way…I had just been unaware of it.

The Silva Method has trans­formed my life and I see life so much more dif­fer­ently now. I real­ize how pow­er­ful we are and know that I can tap into that power when­ever I choose. I will for­ever be grate­ful for these expe­ri­ences and the Silva Method knowledge.

Improve Cre­ativ­ity

Every day I am improv­ing my creativity.

I have been using the Silva Life Accel­er­a­tor Sys­tem since Jan­u­ary of 2008. I wish I could tell you sto­ries of amaz­ing break­throughs accom­plished through the use of the mod­ules as I most cer­tainly am pleased to be part of the Silva Com­mu­nity and want to con­tinue with my mem­ber­ship. My thoughts though are that per­haps the sto­ries that you are post­ing are “not typ­i­cal results”, and it could be refresh­ing for your read­ers to know that some of us are just plug­ging along, get­ting a lit­tle bit bet­ter and bet­ter every day in every way.

I am a a ded­i­cated user of the mod­ules and have sev­eral per­sonal goals that I am work­ing towards includ­ing increas­ing my cre­ativ­ity and skill as a visual artist, eat­ing for health and attain­ing rest­ful, refresh­ing and heal­ing sleep. Just 5 days ago I took the leap and am try­ing to sleep with­out the use of sleep­ing pills, a habit I have had for the past 6 years. This is not my first try to “get off” sleep­ing pills but I know in my heart that by lis­ten­ing to the mod­ules dur­ing my rest­less wake times, that this is going to be my last try because I will succeed.

As I have men­tioned to you in prior com­mu­ni­ca­tions, I have a very lovely life and am using the Silva Life Sys­tem to expand and become more spir­i­tu­ally aware and con­nected to the energy source of all that is. Per­haps not an inspi­ra­tional story but a good one of daily growth .

Find­ing Happiness

I was near sucide but now, I love my life. I am truly, per­fectly alive.

Unbe­liev­ably, I learned the Silva Method from a stu­dent psy­chol­o­gist that I met dur­ing a very trau­matic period of my life.

At that time, I did not have the money to attend the train­ing ses­sions myself, so it worked out per­fectly for both of us! She got to teach me how to reach
level and how to recre­ate some of my outer expe­ri­ences, and I got my intro­duc­tion to the Silva Method just because I really needed it at that point in my life.

I really worked to per­fect my use of the Silva Method. The psy­chol­o­gist was deter­mined to make an A++ in her class, so she was extra atten­tive. We became friends.

Inter­est­ingly, since I didn’t yet com­pre­hend that I was the one cre­at­ing and attract­ing every unto­ward sit­u­a­tion in my expe­ri­ence, for a while I con­tin­ued to have lots of prac­tice using the Silva Method to undo my unde­sir­able creations!

Today I am the still-single-by-choice mother of five and grand­mother of ten. Guess what! All of my loved ones reg­u­larly come to me to “med­i­tate” on their requests, and sev­eral of them are most excel­lent medi­a­tors them­selves! One of the most ful­fill­ing, most sat­is­fy­ing
aspects of the Silva Method is shar­ing it with our loved ones.

Now, I’ve never done the for­mal train­ing, at least not yet. (I’d love to!) But appar­ently Silva is so eas­ily learned and mas­tered, even my “lay” instruc­tion has empow­ered my chil­dren and grand­chil­dren to eas­ily and joy­ously cre­ate their desires! They all love their lives!

I also was sui­ci­dal when intro­duced to Silva. It’s over­whelm­ing to expe­ri­ence the present hap­pi­ness and joy of being truly, per­fectly alive hav­ing come from those depths of despair. With all my soul,
