Health is wealth, as we’re all aware. We only have one healthy body to live with for the rest of our time on this earth, so it goes with­out say­ing that our health should be a pri­or­ity. Think about it, how are we to live the com­plete break­through life with­out the pres­ence of our health?

But health doesn’t only mean a healthy body. It also means a healthy mind, spirit and heart.

The World Health Orga­ni­za­tion once stated, “Health is a state of com­plete phys­i­cal, men­tal and social well-being, and not merely the absence of dis­ease or infirmity.”

And I totally agree. Most of the time, the only thing that’s keep­ing us away from per­fect health is the per­fect excuse. Don’t you think?

Have there ever been a time when you thought “Oh, I can’t do this, I don’t have the money,” or “I can’t do that, I just don’t have the time,” and when you see some­one else just pos­i­tively glow­ing with health, you think “Yeah she can do that because she is rich and have ample of time on her hands!”

This may sound a lit­tle bit harsh, but it is all just excuses. You do not need to spend a dime more to choose a salad over fries or for a nice walk in the park over the TV :)

One day, not too long ago, I took a break from my writ­ing to watch a pop­u­lar after­noon talk show. The fea­tured guest was a well-known TV-actress-turned-health-expert who was expound­ing on her elab­o­rate self-care rou­tine: daily med­i­ta­tion, yoga sev­eral times a week, fre­quent Pilates, veg­e­tar­ian meals of organic pro­duce grown in her own gar­den, umpteen vit­a­min and min­eral sup­ple­ments, fre­quent appli­ca­tions of bio-identical hor­mone potions, and fab­u­lous sex with her hand­some hus­band. Of course, she was flog­ging her new book, promis­ing that every woman could look so good at 60.

I turned off the TV in dis­gust. “Of course she can do all that great healthy stuff,” I har­rumphed. “She’s rich. She has all the time in the world to devote to exer­cise, med­i­ta­tion, and home-grown veg­gies in home-cooked meals. She hires per­sonal train­ers to come to her home; she can med­i­tate all day long with­out a care; AND she’s got a great hus­band to man­age her career. If I had her money, I’d look that good, too!”

All the women I know are stressed out and stretched to the max, just try­ing to keep the mort­gage paid and util­i­ties on. Many are rais­ing kids — often alone — won­der­ing how they’re going to make ends meet. They’re wor­ried about keep­ing their jobs, or find­ing new ones if they’ve lost theirs. “How on earth can I find time for exer­cise — or even sleep — when my life is too busy just try­ing to hold it all together?” they lament.

We’re well into Jan­u­ary now, and I’m not going to for­get my promise to help you achieve your 2010 goals :)

Sta­tis­tics have shown that 90% of us will aban­don our res­o­lu­tions by April, but with my help, you’re going to make 2010 one of the best years of your life!

There are so peo­ple who’re hav­ing prob­lems achiev­ing their desired out­come. They know what they want, but they don’t know how to get it. The Silva Method has always taught us that with proper pro­gram­ming cou­pled with appro­pri­ate actions, we can make things happen!

So, today, I’m going to give you 2 easy steps you must keep in mind when get­ting your goals.

Step 1 — Meditate

Go into your level and seek guid­ance. I can­not stress how great the ben­e­fits of med­i­ta­tion, and this is merely one of it. When at your level, con­sider the things that you like, the things that you’re good at and the things that you want. Con­sider what you already have or don’t have, ie. the things that can help you get ahead.

When you’re at your level, every­thing will slowly become clearer.  You’ll be more aware of what you need to do first before you begin or to con­tinue your journey.

Be aware of your strong points, but do not limit your­self and open your­self to accept­ing cre­ative guidance.

Then clear your mind; expect an answer. Some peo­ple spend all their time ask­ing and talk­ing. You must be a good lis­tener, then guid­ance will come. Now you are ready for the sec­ond step.

2. Make Your Decisions

This is where you decide how you can ful­fill your life pur­pose. Remem­ber, you must pro­gram for suc­cess, but you must also start doing some­thing to get it.

I must warn you though… All these years with the Silva Method, I’ve heard lots of peo­ple say­ing that they want to wait till they’ve mas­tered the tech­niques before they even try to ful­fill their dreams…

Please do not do this.

As human beings, we always have a choice. We can com­pete or we can work together in har­mony and I hope that together, we’ll live in har­mony and help make this world a much bet­ter place by bring­ing more peace and love to all that we meet.

4 Ways To Fall In Love All Over Again 110

Hey guys!

Today we’re going to do some­thing really won­der­ful and ben­e­fi­cial. We are going to do a fun exer­cise and those of you who par­tic­i­pate will receive a spe­cial gift.

Now here comes the fun part!

Here is what you have to do to make this exer­cise interesting:

  1. Think of the four most desir­able qual­i­ties that you admire of your friends and family.
  2. Get a pen
  3. Write these pos­i­tive qual­i­ties on each of your fin­gers (write  the words on the out­side of your bot­tom 3 fin­gers and the inside of your index finger)
  4. Now point.
  5. Take a pic­ture of your hand (sim­i­lar to the photo exam­ple below)
  6. Leave the link to your photo in the comments

So often we are our worst enemy. We can quickly list our faults before we can men­tion a pos­i­tive qual­ity about ourselves.

Pre­vi­ously, I have talked about how we some­times like putting the blame on oth­ers, espe­cially when it comes to our own mis­for­tune. But did you real­ize that every­time you point one fin­ger at some­one else, you have three point­ing back at you?

On Sun­day, I promised you some­thing very valu­able on Tuesday.

But before that, I want you to think about this. All our lives, we’ve expe­ri­enced an ongo­ing process of per­sonal evolution.

We’ve over­come reces­sions, ill­ness, ter­ror­ism and count­less other chal­lenges, changes and obsta­cles — yet through it all, we remain stand­ing strong today.

And soon, you’ll be expe­ri­enc­ing a level of strength you may never have thought pos­si­ble.

I need you to watch this video with a clear head. I need you to keep the faith. And I need you to believe that what­ever you desire, the Uni­verse will give it to you.

Just how far can human potential be stretched? 123

The act of ques­tion­ing is a trait exclu­sive to our species. We have always chal­lenged our poten­tial, and the pos­si­bil­i­ties that lie within. And while a great deal of these ques­tions remain unan­swered, we are slowly but surely begin­ning to dis­cover answers in areas once shrouded in darkness.

And at times, some ques­tions are best left unan­swered…until the right time.

Allow me to explain. At one point in time, my father for­bade me to share cer­tain ele­ments of the Silva Method. Prac­tices that empower the user’s mind with the abil­ity to heal him/herself and oth­ers. Prac­tices that allow the fine tun­ing of one’s energy, to the point where con­nect­ing with one’s higher self and cre­at­ing a joy and success-filled real­ity becomes effort­less.

Prac­tices that, in as few words as pos­si­ble, give you the power to unlock the Unlim­ited poten­tial of your mind.

So why did Jose Silva not want these prac­tices released to the pub­lic? The answer is quite sim­ple. In the 80’s, tech­nol­ogy and human con­scious­ness were prim­i­tive when com­pared to today’s stan­dards. Peo­ple were much less open to ideas and beliefs that hov­ered any­where out­side of their com­fort zones. And so my father knew that these prac­tices, with their incred­i­ble promises and ben­e­fits, would likely have scared many peo­ple.

At the time, absorb­ing even the most basic ele­ments of the Silva Method took a con­sid­er­able leap of faith!

But, what he didn’t stop me from was believ­ing that any­thing is pos­si­ble, and that the mind still holds many secrets for the bet­ter­ment of humankind.

My older sis­ter, Isabel, was the first to be trained as a psy­chic by my father. She has honed her abil­i­ties to the point where she can see through a person’s body, and imme­di­ately detect health prob­lems like can­cer. She can find lost objects, and pos­sesses an under­stand­ing of the world and its inner work­ings that go far beyond the per­ceived lim­i­ta­tions of ‘nor­mal’ people.

Skep­tics may find this hard to swal­low, but I assure you it is true. To this day, Isabel uses the power of her mind to help baf­fled doc­tors detect prob­lems that machines and con­ven­tional analy­sis fail to pinpoint.

I’ll soon show you more exam­ples of sim­i­larly incred­i­ble feats, so that you may see them for yourself.

So why am I telling you this? Well before I offer you the solu­tion, I first need you to believe. Remem­ber yes­ter­day I wrote about Roger Ban­nis­ter? He was the first man to run a mile in 4 min­utes — a feat con­sid­ered impos­si­ble at the time.

But strangely, after he accom­plished this record, it was bro­ken only 46 days later by another run­ner. And again, and again, and again not long after by other runners.

Why? Because once oth­ers saw he could do it, they knew they could too. It was a chain reac­tion that’s now known as the ‘Ban­nis­ter Effect’.

And that’s exactly what I’m going to do with you. I want you to run this mile, and break all pre­vi­ous records.

No more bound­aries, no more doubts, no more self lim­it­ing beliefs.

All you need to do open your mind. Are you ready to believe?
