I have been out of job for some months. Sent application after application witout no result. I found my Silva Life System and started to listen to a few of the discs which I felt could be usefull for me. As I wrote the next application I stopped for a while; found disc no 7 and listened to the exercise, where I visualized I was at a personal meeting with the company. I finished the aplication, checked my CV and send the letter. A week later I got a message which invited me to a meeting with the company mondat the 26. october. Now I visualize the meeting, a couple of times a day, in a way that I will get the job, I`ll let you know monday...

I have been practicing the Silva Method and started the week with a new home sale even though no other communities around me are selling. I also have a few other opportunities that were presented to me that are thriving now. I have a new home that I dreamed about and have lost 18 pounds this year through the practice. Every day is better and better.

The best testimonial I can tell is when I promised my family a vacation in Jamaica....I had no idea how I was going to do that in 4 weeks, as I was broke. I am a single mother of 2 boys. I raised on my own since 1991. The oldest is now out on his own. He's very troubled. My youngest is ready to graduate high school this year. I've been married more than twice. My first husband was very abusive, physically, mentally and sexually. My second husband, the boys dad, was emotionally abusive to me. The third made attempts on my life while I was sleeping. My youngest son started hanging around with the wrong crowd and got into alcohol and drugs. He started not minding and being very destructive to our home. Between both my boys, they've stolen about $10,000 worth of items and money. My credit cards became maxed out, more than 4 of them. I've been struggling with my health since 1991. I've had 13 surgeries.
Both my shoulders, both my knees, then one of them a second time, and 3 back surgeries, along with many others. I was in bed for 6 months between my 2nd and 3rd back surgery. I couldn't sit up for longer than 5 minutes. I've been fired from my job because I couldn't do my job any longer with all my disabilities. I had to sell my home to pay off my credit cards. I'm facing having to have both my knees replaced this year. I have to have over $100 of medicine a month. I live in constant pain 24/7. I've been searching for a very long time to find relief, comfort, less stress, better physical condition, and financial stability. I started looking into the Wiccan way. I searched the internet for answers. I stumbled onto Laura's site. I enrolled for the free 9 lessons. I'm only on lesson 7, but I'm starting to feel a calmness come over me. With each time I meditate, I feel a warm, light wash over my body. It is a very comforting feeling. I've also gotten another job, one that understands my disabilities. Now I'm living from paycheck to paycheck and seeing a small amount still there when the next check comes. My goals are to be financially free, be able to work when I want, I will be pain free, I won't have to have bilateral knee surgery, my boys will share this program with me and turn their lives around. I can see myself getting closer and closer to all those goals. One step at a time. I almost forgot one very important thing. A friend that I've had all my life finally let me know how he feels about me. He's told me that he's loved me since I was about 16 (that's been 32 years ago) He's become a very stable support in my life. No more wallowing at the bottom of the barrel. It's only up from here. Laura and her father and all the team of wonderful people she has put in a million watt bulb as the light at the end of my tunnel and I'm beginning to see my way clearly. Thanks, Laura!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying and trying to FIND the time to meditate on a regular basis. It's very difficult with my schedule, as well as raising teenagers and being a single mom. I also have 2 disabled kids (teens), so that makes it even harder. I have truly enjoyed the series you have been sending to me, and I have attemped and succeeded once to the alternate universe. It was great! I haven't been able to get back there again since for some reason, but I am able to get to Alpha Level w/in no time at all. I am REALLY focusing on "what I want my life to be", needs, etc., but I keep getting that DOUBT in my mind that messes me up. I need to get the entire kit, however, I cannot afford it at this time, and haven't been able to for a while. I am focusing on HOW to purchase it, then I received this e-mail. I am PRAYING that you will send it to me for 'Free' as I truly want to learn all I can. I have finally decided that if I don't start doing this NOW... I WILL have that final Nervous Breakdown that I won't return from. I am fighting to keep that from happening. I know others have their own problems, and we all handle them differently, however.... I am in serious trouble. If you can see your way clear in sending it to me, I would be eternally grateful. In any respects, Thank you for the free lessons. They have been a tremendous help and I will continue to practice the best I can. God Bless.

I attended the ESP program in Austin. And since than I go to the sight all the time and project healing. I once used it on a health issue I have been having for so many years. And than one day I decided to visualize the healing and pictured the area in perfect normal status. And the area actually separated some tissue for the purpose of healing itself. It was unusal but incredible. I am now using the technique for my heart and lungs to be sure I stay healthy. I also have been seeking answers about a job. So I went to the place unannounced and yes they are hiring. So I placed my application and I know I will be getting this job.

I have enjoyed a special insight into my lifes journey today, which could foster the understanding of how I fit into a global perspective. I am beginning to understand my lifes purpose in a more profound way, and I have a stronger awareness of my interconnection with everyone and everything around me. One good way I have found for me to expand on my focus is by engaging in my past life review that reinforces my progress I have made in every area of my life. Rather than dwelling on limiting patterns and inner blockages, I begin by seeing my early life experiences as stepping-stones that led me to see my increased wisdom and mastery over my physical circumstances. I Continue reviewing all of my life experiences leading up to my situation that I find myself in today, and affirm that my progress will continue as long as I embrace the Silva Method for Abundance.

Abundance is more then money, it is also perfect health and a lightness in my heart that keeps me young and now I am drawing clients to me because I made room for them.

I studied under Jose Silva and then I let life get in my way and now I am back to reading my old Mind Control books and remembering the wonderful teachings. Now I want to share this abundance with my children and remind them that they have the same books on their book shelves.

My NOW focus is to have a web page to reach out and help all that feel my vibration of LOVE.

Thank you Laura for reminding us seniors that we can be in perfect health, feeling young again, remembering our wisdom and making room for abundant wealth.

I just recently rec'd the Silva Method home course. I have gone trough all the CD's just once but have been trying to spend a minimum of 10-20 min per day meditating. I bought the Silva method to bring my life goals and desires into focus and to become a happier person in general. Since meditating I have found that I am more grounded and focused with a heightened sense of calm. A few weeks ago I was injured at work and the injury has ultimately required surgery on my shoulder. I faced the surgery with out anxiety...knowing that I will heal fast and be as good or better than before. My surgery went very well and so far I am right on track with my recovery and feeling better and stronger every day. I am looking forward to the other good things this program will bring to my life and those around me.

As mentitioned in the ealier comment that I lost everthing. I now started an online business. I have to visit some customers and i struggle for transport. Last Sunday I went back to 100 to 1 counting trying to figure out how I was going to travel to see the customer carring laptops and other presentation materials. After 15 minutes I sent sms messages to 4 people I know. After about 4 hours one of them phoned me to say " I will take you there". Hopefully I'll get a positive reply in 2 weeks as promised. A small step but I associate it with the Silva method because the first time I used it 20 years ago everything blossomed.

I use the Silva Method for healing. I have not asked for money yet even though it is important. When I heard my friend was in the hospital and was badly offf, I called and spoke to her, I could not understand her but I asked her if she understood me, she said "yes" I told her that i will for her and I will send healing to her. I, then told her to pray and ask God to heal her. I would send healing everyday and everytime I remember to send it. I called after a couple of weeks and she was at home talking and making plans.

I was talking to someone and she said to me that she just came back fom the hospital and Luis is going to die, he was not going to make it. I asked her Luis who, she said that short guy. I was in shock, I could not believe it, so I got back to apartment and did some intense healing. I continued for two weeks, I wanted to go see him but it was not possible. I asked one of his family about him and she said he recovering. I was happy. I did not really need to go and see him, he was getting well and that was good enough for me.

I continue to send healing and is working on another project.
It could be money but the project being successful is worth more than money.

There is a coaching class that I really wanted to take and the instructor told me that she needed more people to sign up in order to run the class. When I spoke to her there were 3 weeks before the class was scheduled to begin. At the time, I was the only person signed up. I looked on-line and found the Silva home study course which I quickly completed. I started working the Silva Method: writing 15 times everyday what I desired to happen, going to Alpha and visualizing that I was starting the class this Fall and it was full and filled with fun, dynamic, and motivated people. Guess what? I started this class 2 weeks ago and it IS full and filled with fun, dynamic, and motivated people. Thank you Silva Method! I am amazed at how quickly the method works.

I have several examples, however, my most recent example is that I videotape weddings using two cameras for most of the event except during the dancing when we just use one except I had the nagging feeling to keep using two cameras which I did until the end where there was one very special event to record and here is where I did something I've never done. I took the videotape out of camera one and placed it in camera 2 to record. That was one of the BEST decisions of the night. It turns out camera one had a sound glitch for most of the day. Removing the tape and placing it in the second camera to finish out the evening saved me from a near disaster. The other best decision was to run two cameras during most the dancing because the other footage was totally unusable. I'm so glad I "listened" and didn't disregard my inner conscienciousness.

I have been listening to the Mind-Body Healing ....I am seeking guidance for my daughter, who in addition to feeling as though she has no confidence or direction, suffers pain related to an MVA which seriously injured her hips. At times she shows enormous strength of mind and character, but I am not sure she is aware or convinced of her own strength. As I have pre-experienced the tapes, my own intuition and connectedness has expanded (as I expected it would). Simple things like sending healing energy to a friend with a bad cold before I had spoken with that person, and not cognizant of the dis-ease, I felt out the body and sent the energy. It was appropriate and effective, I learned later. Am on the path more consistently, and feel this is the right fit for my daughter. Will confirm at a later date. Thank you.

I have been disabled from abdominal surgery gone wrong just after 9/11/01. I was home and saw our country being violated by a sect of people who have very small hearts and minds. I prayed the hospital would not be bombed while I was in surgery. My dr. missed an internal bleed when she sent me home. I carried four plus pints of blood in my abdomin for almost a week. By the time I was readmitted, my incision had burst open from the pressure and now suffer nerve damage which causes chronic pain. I also lost much of my knowledge and had to step down from management. Five years later I had no other option than to go on disability. I was distressed beyond my ability to cope. Then, one day, I saw the Silva System and got the initial downloads and read how others have been saved by all the positive changes they have experienced. Being on disability, I had fallen into such a deep hole of dispair and depression I thought I would never be able to climb those slippery, tear stained walls until while listening to the Silva lessons I discovered a rope. Each lesson added a knot in that life saving rope that had been thrown to me by complete strangers who soon became my saviours. I have, to date, become a huge fan and love the news letters, savouring each topic. I used the Silva system when I applied for disability on my own, no lawyer. My friends were all shocked when I was accepted on the first attempt but I was not. I was positive that I would be accepted. I have been able to recreate myself as a writer and artist and no longer am I empty, hollow. Thank you for helping me to rebuild this wounded body by showing me how to build my spirit cause now I shine so bright strangers always acknowledge me and we smile.

I have been reading/using the free Silva material and feeling stronger and stronger about achieving my dreams.

My husband and I have been experiencing some serious financial problems. No matter what we did it seemed like nothing was helping. Shortly after beginning the free lessons a friend who we had not talked to in a long time called and told us about a wonderful business she had become part of and had made $10,000 in just six weeks! I am using Silva since 1994 when one of my close friend handed over to me one of Silva books translated from English to our native language(Bengali). Later I got graduated in Silva Method( 4 Day 40 hour course known as Quantum Method in our country, Bangladesh). But on line (9 lesson course)and Burt Goldman Method I received from internet is much better.
It helped me to overcome stress, hypertension and other health problems.I would like to thank Laura and all technical team for providing such life changing stuff.

I have been very lucky, I found your free tapes through a friend. And, they have helped me through my journey. The last three yrs. have been just that! I've gone through a terrible divorce, I have three beautiful children through this, so I am lucky. But during this time of my divorce, my mother found out she had terminal cancer. She passed away 10 months ago. I was grateful to be there with her and my father during this time. But my own grief, through my mother's death, and the divorce, was very difficult. I had already begun a class in positive thought, mantras,etc. And, it has helped alot. But, I found your meditation tapes helped far more than anything else. I have started to see hope. And for this I am eternally grateful.

The first time I ever heard about the Silva method was about six years ago. I checked it out and have been meaning to attend a class but never seem to have enough money. I know that everything Mr. Silva writes about it true because I've been experiencing this magic all my life. This doesn't mean that I haven't had my own fair share of challenges. At the moment, we're in a real financial crisis which I know will pass. The irony of the whole situation is that now, more than ever, I would immediately order the entire Silva cd's but cannot. So, I was delighted to have the free introductory online lessons and audio. I must admit, I've practiced meditation for years so when I started the centering exercise I felt an immediate response but,even without, it will work for you if you're open to it. The universe does respond to our pure intentions. I know if I follow the programme, I'll begin to see results very soon - maybe even today. I was so excited after my initial success that I send emails to friends and family, recommending the Silva method - I desperately want them to try it out. I've trained as a holistic therapist in homeopathy, colour and light therapy and reflexology. Now I'm thinking of training to become a Silva instructor because I want to show others how to improve every aspect of their lives. You're doing great work and I'd love to win the course.

I have been practicing the Silva Method, the free meditation i got from the internet. I believe God showed me this since i attracted the book The Secret. Since then, i have been receiving free lessons. I firmly believe i'll be the next one to receive your free Silva Life System even if i don't have a video testimonial. I was able to help my mom recover from her sickness when i started meditating for her early recovery. Also, i practice meditation to manifest all my dreams. It really helped a lot! You really are God's instrument to be able to share this to a lot of people. Keep up the good work. You are doing a good job!!!

I started searching the net to find something to heighten my ESP, when I came across the Jose Silva site. The minute I saw his picture, I realized that I had seen him before. I remembered seeing an ad in a Money Making Opportunity magazine. That must have been the latter '60's. I was skeptical and also broke at the time, so I passed. The word Mind Control really rang the bell. So I listened to my inner self; I figured I was being told something. Especially when this program came up twice in my life. I began with the ESP Seminar program. Later I purchased the Remote Viewing Course.I later purchased the Lost Sense Course. After about a month I noticed my ESP was getting better. Once my daughter took off with somebody and didn't tell me where she was going. I was at the grocery store later that day and touched a newspaper picture of a concert to be performed that day at the fair. The minute I touched it I got a strong tingling in my hand and arm with a strong sense as that is where she was. When she arrived home I asked her how the concert was and she just stood there with her mouth open. Another time I called a friend of which her husband was preparing for a colonoscopy the next day as he was having a really bad time with BM's. My friend was worried and asked me what I thought. I was silent for a minute and then told her I felt he had a blockage high up in the colon. She asked if it was Cancer. I told her I felt it was but don't worry because it hadn't spread and his future surgery would get it all and he would be ok. It did and he is still cancer free for over a year now. I volunteer for the State Prepaid Mental Health Care in this State. Our team goes to the Providers and find ways to make things better. One day at our Quality Management meeting the Director started going off on us beyond belief. It got really nasty. I excused myself and went to the parking lot to calm myself. After the meeting my Coordinator and I were going home and she said there was something really wrong with her. I agreed. I also commented she either had some really bad female problems or there was something wrong with her brain. A few minutes later I commented that it was her brain. A few days later as I was going to sleep, (at REM or Level) a full color picture of a brain popped up. Later that week I learned that the Director had been diagnosed with brain cancer. About 3 weeks later she passed. Another time I hadn't seen a friend for several days and she hadn't been at work. I decided to try the Remote Viewing. I projected my mind to where she was to see if she was ok. As it happened she was at her house in bed. I looked around and made a mental note of the layout of the room and its contents. A few days later I saw her back at work. I told her the layout of her bedroom and the contents in detail and told her I saw three quilts over her with just her head sticking out. She confirmed everything and said she had been sick. Then she freaked a little. I told her I had not physically been in her room but sometimes I have visions. She accepted that and was ok with it. The next time I saw her was when I pulled up to the grocery store across from her house. I hadn't seen her for some time as she moved from her parents house to another city. She said she had come back to find her sister as she had wandered off during a neighbors party. Her sister was handicapped. She gave me a flier and I said I would do what I could as soon as I got home. I went home and projected my mind to find her safe. The first picture I saw was an older man with a bushy beird and stetson style had. Then I saw policemen in an open area with woods on each side all standing around something but I didn't recognize the area. The next day I heard she was found ok but didn't hear any of the particulars. This was in the middle of July 2009.

In April my significant other decided to move about 400 miles away to be with her son and granddaughter. I refused to go because I felt strongly that I still had something more to do where I was at. My neighbor was one reason. She was really ill and the doctors couldn't come up with a diagnosis. Then there was my mental health work I felt still wasn't finished. Then out of the blue in the first week in August I decided I was done and gave my moving notice. On September 4th I moved. I had been fighting moving for a couple of years. I moved to the same building as my significant other. A few days later I met this man in the building and he would stop and talk for a few minutes as he was leaving the building or coming back. If he saw me outside. Later I decided to go up on the top deck that was set up for smokers. I went up and there he was. Our neighbor and his friend came out to join us. His friend said "wow", I've been on this deck before but I have never been here. The other tenant said he felt he had met me somewhere before. Dejavu! They only spent about 5 minutes out and then came back into the building. I sat with my new friend and got acquainted. I warned him that I would know his life history in about 15 minutes. Most others with problems normally give me their life history in that amount of time. They just seem to spill everything for no apparent reason. It took a couple of days with my new friend as he was a pretty private person. This went on for about 5 weeks. During that time he kept complaining about his stomach problems and wasn't able to venture too far away from his apartment. He said he just went to his doctor and they ran some tests and gave him a colonoscopy and couldn't find anything wrong. I told him to go back to his doctor or the hospital right away and for him to insist they check his lower left part of his stomach. I hadn't seen him for a few days but a neighbor said he had gone to the hospital by ambulance. The 3rd day there he was able to see visitors. When I asked the nurse if they found his stomach problem she said they weren't treating him for that. I then took the time to explain everything to her. Then a few days later he was moved to ICU. I was able to see him once while he was coherent enough to give a verbal ok on a release of information about his condition to me as he could not sign his name. Two days went by and I was able to see the doctor. I asked her what was wrong with his stomach. She said they weren't aware of his stomach problem but they noticed his stomach wasn't digesting anything as he was being fed by a tube. All they had was xrays of his stomach. He couldn't make the trip for any scans. She was calling in two more doctors for a consult in a few minutes. I had also told her where I felt the problem was. I came back 30 minutes later and asked what they had found. She told me there was definitely something there but they couldn't tell what without surgery and he wound not survive that as he was already on life support. I asked her where the problem was and she said the lower left side of his stomach and that is the same area as the intestines. I looked at her and I said, "I told you so." After their ethics committee met that day they removed live support and he passed. I had been severely depressed for about 4 days. When I left the hospital I felt the depression leave my body instantly. I knew then that I had done all I could do. I was fine with that.

As I was preparing to write this, I finally figured out where I had seen this person before. He was the bearded man I saw when I trying to locate my friends sister. This individual had no family. I have come to the conclusion that it was my destiny to be here. It started manifesting in mid July. Why. I have no clue. Why did I feel more compassion for this individual than I have some of my relatives and close friends. I don't know. But I do have a feeling that it isn't over yet and I will become aware of the reason sometime soon.

In the beginning I had a real hard time reaching level. I would always fall asleep. It wasn't until I listened to Laura's short relaxation exercise in the Lost Sense Course that I made it instantly. The part where you imagine you are projecting into a live cell. I used my neighbors heart projection substitution instead of a cell. That was a trip and a half.

I was really obsessed about winning the Mega Millions Lottery one week. It was really up there. One of the largest. I had the money spent and everything. One night I went to bed not even thinking about the lottery. As I reached REM (level)the lotto machine vision popped into my head. The balls were moving around and everything. I was really concentrating on this vision as I didn't want it to disappear. I just know my head was bobbing around watching those balls. Then all of a sudden the balls stopped moving just over the holes. They never went in the tube. All the others were still moving. Not to take a chance, I memorized them the best I could and instantly got up to find a pen and paper. By the time I found everything, I had forgotten half the numbers. Now I go to bed with a pen and pad next to me. I finally came to the conclusion that my higher intelligence was trying to tell me I wasn't quite ready for that yet.

Most of all, it isn't wealth that makes me feel better. I have a lot better feeling when I know that I have helped someone. There is no other feeling like it. After all, the best things in life are free.

I have found that in order for these programs to work for you, you have to rid your body of all the negative feelings you have for people who have wronged you. Let it go. Keeping all the hatred inside of you will only manifest disease and you will never be able to make things work. Best way to to this is to Forgive everyone in your heart.

I strongly urge everyone to get the ESP Seminar Course. It starts with the basic teachings of Jose Silva and from there you can adapt these to your every day life.

I haven't done much in the way of healing. It seems that my main expertise is knowing where the health problems are. Not necessarily what the problem is but where to find it. It comes as a real strong thought to me. Always the first thought.

My long term go is to be like Isabel. That is the most fascinating thing I have ever seen.

During my late teens and early twenties my ife was in turmoil. I have always been a highly charged individual and believe that what you put out really does affect what you draw in. Unfortunately at that time I was too immature to understand what was causing my turmoil. During my time at college things really spiralled out of control, I was raped by someone I knew but whom I also knew was suffering from serious mental health issues. I was broke, on the verge of becoming homeless and then to cap it all off became the victim of a vicious, cruel and bizarre smear campaign by two girls I classed as my closest friends.I was completely alone. Unsurprisingly I felt like I was losing my mind, I managed to finish my degree and complete my thesis but with all the worries I had building up did not achieve what I wanted to, although I had worked so hard during my final year. However distractions and a loss of nearly all my self confidence due to the rape and bullying I had suffered led me to almost convince myself of failure before the year was over. I am not by the way a natural victim, I am in fact a very strong person and noone would have guessed what I was going through as I kept everything to myself and just kept moving on.
I graduated and I saw people from my class have a lot more success than me, I studied Fine Art by the way, and am I ashamed to say I felt quite bitter. I applied for show after show with my work but was constantly rejected, I believed my life was over. Then I came across a book on the Silva Life Method, strangely enough in the house of a friend I had not seen for years, I believe synchronicity was at work here. I devoured the information and began to practice the meditations every day. Within a fortnight a gallery that I had applied to to be part of a group show called me to say that they were sorry that I hadn't been accepted for the group show but that it was on account of the scale of the work and instead they were offering my very own solo show. I hung up the phone that day and I nearly collapsed with joy. I thanked the universe and Jose Silva. The following week, still practicing the medidations daily I bought a scratch card, something I had never done before, even though I was so much happier I was still completely broke , and I won €150!! That may not sound like much but to me it was huge. I could not believe what was happening. Then the following day I went to an art college to apply to do some part time life modelling for extra cash, I got talking to a woman whilst waiting in the coffee shop, who turned out to be the head of the college. Instead of being offered some part time modelling hours she made me a deputy lecturer, teaching drawing, printmaking and animation. I was truly gobsmacked. Even as I write these words now I can feel tingles all over.
Life was good and I was happy. But things change. I lost focus on my meditations, why???????? I do not know. Then the recession hit Ireland and the college was forced to cut a number of courses from the curriculum which meant myself and several other lecturers loat their jobs last May. I have still been practicing art privately since college but due to work commitments, I was working as an art therapist with adults and children with special needs also, I had not been applying for shows as much as before. Due to the economic crisis, my work in the special needs centres also dried up. And to cut a long story short I am now living in Sweden.I'm certainly not depressed but I really, really want to be able to get back into my daily meditations. Unfortunately I lost the book I had found during a house move. I have found a new studio here and am working daily and applying for shows on a weekly basis but am once again back into a cycle of rejection. I'm not feeling sorry for myself and, like I said before, I am a firm believer in synchronicity so I hope the universe will answer my call for a little help. I have had no internet connection since I arrived here and only got connected this week, one of the mails I first came across was from you, Laura Silva!!! I hope this is the synchronicity I am looking for as I would love so much to be able to get back into your methods which brought me so much happiness before.
Just to say it has been wonderful reading everbodie's stories on here and I wish each and every one of you all the success you are looking for.

My first encounter with the Silva training method was about three years back when I was visiting my aunt in Mumbai.
She had a book, a very old one written by Jose Silva,describing the miracles of the mind and going into alpha and its benefits. This was before I read The Secret. I read that book about 2 times and I bought two more books by Jose Silva, one co-authored by Burt Goldman.
There was mention of affirmations and using affirnations to help manifest your desires.
About 2 years back, my husband had lost his job and so, I had to resign as well and go back to India, I had a daughter to look after as well..things didn't work out in India as expected. Finally my husband got a job but the company was going to post him in a country that we were not familiar with.
I had an idea...I stared writing my affirmation I said "My husband is in the UAE permenantly with a very secure and stable job"...this was a very far fetched desire...Anyway, I wrote this about 25 times.
About 45 minutes later, I received a message from my husband...stating that he had been asked to stay back at the UAE, and was being given an excellent opportunity...IN 45 MINUTES!

I was always a positive person who believed in the power of a good attitude. Things seemed to always flow my way. Then I made a poor choice and married a man who did not treat me with the kindness I deserved. Thinking I could change him I remained loyal for 17 years. Recently, I made the decision to move myself and my two children across the country to start a new life. I was fleeing from a now psychologically and sexually abusive relationship and hoped to finally find peace. As a university educated person I felt confident that a good career would be close at hand. After arriving at my destination I was startled to find that the economy had taken a serious downturn and the job I applied for had over 600 qualified applicatnts apply! For two years I resigned myself to working for minimum wage at a small retail outlet just to make ends meet (barely). Fast forward to Silva! After signing up for the free Silva program offered on the web and applying the meditation techniques daily I have had a new lease on life. Through a series of seemingly insignificant events I was offered my dream job in my field of study without even applying for it! I have started to write, met a wonderful man who is gentle and honest and have recently moved into a comfortable house on a beautiful piece of property 20 minutes from my work. Now, thanks to Silva, I am focusing my belief on finding the time to be a more focused mother to my children and to rebuild their confidence and belief in themselves, to believe in financial stability and in my own power to achieve. I am sure Silva will be a big part of the process and I thank you for giving me the opportunity to believe again!

I have known about The Silva Method since the 80's. When I got married I moved in to my husbands apartment after the birth of my son the place was getting smaller and smaller for us. I became obsessed with the idea to move out to a beautiful house of our own except my husband's salary was big enough to support a mortgage. I started doing the silva meditation technique and started to visualize everyday along with affirmations and posting on my refrigarator a picture of a beautiful big house in a quite and clean neighborhood. After two years of being persistent with my excerise I had a phone call from a relative informing me that I had inherited some money from an aunt that passed away and which I haven't met in my life (it was my father's sister). She left me and the rest of the family some money. Well, not only I bought my dream home but it looked exactly like the picture I had posted on my refrigarator. Visualization along with belief works!!

I am quite concerned, I saw so advertised the home study course for $97.00,but when I enquired to buy the course I was charged $179.00. Which is the correct cost of the course? Through your emails,blogs, and most of all your free sessions on Silva Method, I agree that the best things in life are FREE!( Sun, moon, air, air,silence...)

I am an ovarian cancer survivor (Aug. 15,2007 I was operated), and I fully agree that positive attitude of the patient matter most.I did a lot of visualization and I was getting better and better each day . I only beg the grace of acceptance for whatever will happen next and many were praying for my recovery too.I also share this story to others.

Now,I continue to share this good news! God is indeed present and loving us unconditionally.

The first time I heard about Jose Silva was about a year ago, as I was roaming the internet.
Later that year, when visiting Austin, Texas, I stumbled across the "Silva Mind Control Method" book in a used books section in a book shop.
I was impressed very much by the book and immediately recommended it to my children, who started to train themselves by it.
Meanwhile I spent time reading and translating aloud to my wife with the intention of practicing at home, but we decided to join a group training at the local Silva Method Center in our country.We started a week ago and we are confident of that the method will be most beneficial for both of us.

precisely the silva method is the best,i have try many programs.but this works like magic. it cool my pressure down,attitude,increase my eye sight,clear negative thoughts and most importantly i was promoted at work few days when i use the three finger techniques.

First and foremost I am very happy that you are doing the good work done by your dad.

The Three finger technique is unbelievable.

Recently I had a problem with my multi functional Brother's Printer.Even with new cartidges installed it was not working.
So frustrating. I was running out of ideas as to why it was not functioning. Then I used the three finger technique to solve the problem. My sixth sense semed to tell me - go to the control panel and check status.The next thing I found that somebdy had paused it. On Unpausng, it started printing. My daughter said Dad you have saved my life. She had to print a large number of black and white and color pages for a Report that she had to submit the follwing day.

While driving to office in the morning I use the three finger technique and I notice less obstacles.

One thing though I am missing and I am sure it is available somewhere in Silva Home Study modules - Eliminating negative thinking or mental housekeeping.

I will apreciate if laura can throw some light as to where in the course module I am able to get it.

Hi Laura, first of all, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING, FOR THE FREE LESSONS. I've already made a Silva course in my original country (PARAGUAY- south america) but that was many years ago, about 15 years. I want to re-start again. I would like to know if the books sending by mail that costs 197 dolars are the same of those ones from internet at the price of 97 dolars. Actually I live in Italy, buy my main language it's spanish and I would like to know if there is also any difference between buying the Silva method in englis or spanish (spanish it's better for me). And the 3rd thing I would like to know is that is there any difference between the silva seminars (I've frequented the basic one an super mind) and the courses in internet (those ones at 97 dolars).

I've been using the Sylva Method for a little over a month now and it really has worked for me in every stage of my life! The visualization technique has really brought me to much more success than I would have believed in such a short period of time!
