Laura Silva Quesada asked you how you were continuing your practice with the Silva Method and 1,192 of you told us what you thought, and even gave us some great suggestions. As you know, Laura then addressed some of the concerns that all of you had through some fantastic free audio and video.
Remember we asked you once to choose the name of our new online Silva website? And you chose, the Silva Mind Power Center?
Well, we had a great idea: why don’t we ask YOU to help us design the Silva Mind Power Center.
We have compiled some of the most requested features from our earlier survey and we would like YOU to help us choose which ones are the best to include!

I have been a graduate since 1995 and I have also taken the Ultra with you. I watched your videos and I felt very positive once again. This will help us, the graduates to move to the next step. I am really interested in the case studies via internet. I think you doing an outreach program via internet is awesome and it will help millions of people and bring more students to Silva. Everything I saw and heard is very positive. I think your tips was a refresher for me. Keep up the good work and thank-you.

It would be good if, in the near future, we can have a Silva International Convention where we can all meet and share experiences for a few days in a pre-determined location.. complete with seminars and presentations and a simple social event to celebrate the ties between Silva practitioners.

Silva method alpha-level exercises are fantastic treasures of meditation. They are not only help to overcome severe health problems, but rejuvenate our soul and and awaken our creativity.
They make us to be really happy and useful for the Universe and Humanity.
It would be very interesting to create e-library
and to discuss our experience together.

I think all 7 features are convenient. Pero yo diría que no se está contemplando a las personas que solo hablamos Español. Yo tomé el Curso Superior con su Padre q.e.p.d. allá en su casa en Laredo. Habemos miles de personas (en diferentes países) que desde hace años tratamos de no perder contacto con las enseñanzas Silva.
También, por 3 o 4 años he estado esperando que ustedes lancen la convergencia de los métodos Silva con las nuevas técnicas (algunas electrónicas) como electronic Radiónics, tachyonics, BWE, etc., etc.
Un index bilingue de todo lo que (históricamente) se ha producido en SMC, que a la vez sirva para mantenernos como parte de la comunidad Silva, sería buena idea. Saludos a la familia Silva.
Individual meditation is nice, group meditation is better, but worldwide meditation will be fantastic… A person who did well working against a condition (ex:Brest Cancer) can publish her meditation routine on line, so others can use it as refference… and… Why not to have set special global time were all silva mind-triained people with that condition can connect and meditate?. Lets make a list of experiences so people can search share and connect.

I believe that several things would most benefit your organization, current and future students.
1. Make a seamless connection between the down to earth individual power and veracity of Jose’ Silva, AND the new Silva system that is more growth and business oriented. It must have both to truly succeed.
2.Share a lot more of the personal growth experiences of the various teachers throughout the years with students, prospective students, and graduates.
… I remember years ago sharing a great conversation with Bob McChesnie in Boston Mass. Bob was very open and down to earth. That did a lot to make your organization seem more trustworthy and useful to me.
Make clear to students and prospective students that :
the Silva system is not promoting any religion
and
that it is focused on the development of natural gifts that we each possess.
Have students do videos on their progress over time and how there is a “natural progression of skill and ability ” with practice.
create small centers around the US and have a lot of one day trainings.. so more people can access them more easily and affordably w/o effecting your profit/cost .
going for one day and not having to spend money on hotels and restaurants would make the process a lot better…
I would like to see ongoing levels.. perhaps a total of ten one day trainings at say 80 to 100 dollars each…
Each level could focus on new information and also reinforce the last levels.
These are some of the ideas that I have.. for your excellent system.

This is so exciting! Would really like to do more case working. I found myself to be 90% accurate right after doing a weekend silva workshop, but then I ran out of friends to ask. Would very much like to get back on a steady practise. I use silva method every day when I meditate along with couple of other techniques. Silva method is the major contributor to helping me to be in the presence, in the now. Thank You Jose Silva, his family and instructors for making this possible.

I think it would be great to have a forum where Silve graduates can share their success stories and ask or give advice or just interact with people with the same interests. I’m looking forward for your new website.

Having taken the survey just now, I definately think the casework is a good idea together with a forum/community for everyone practicing the works of Jose Silva.
Online Meditation groups are a good idea too. Working as an individual can tough at times if you’re not heavily motivated but to know that there are many others practicing meditation at the same time, in the same country, continent or even another continent would be heavily reassuring and I feel people would definately make the effort.
Testimonials from people who used the Silva Method and other Silva tools. Also videos, diaries and similar information would help everyone in many ways.
But in general I think all the suggestions were good and hope that the other suggestions will make there way into the The Silva Mind Power Centre at some point.

Ive been a graduate since 1976, and still use silva mind control to this day, and having access to the power center will help me get more involved with it, I have been able to achieve a lot of goals using it, and after using it for over 30 years I could probably give some input, and get some ideas from other graduates using the same techniques I use, so a forum would be nice.

Originally your website already giving a lots of information, tips, techniques, advantages, benefits towards every individual who reading it. I have read & download a number of documents and hope to join your paid course and purchase material at earliest.
With this its going to be wonderful e-centre for knowledge sharpening.
I’m also into highly yoga & meditation. Mainly Kundalini Yoga Meditation and Heart Centre Meditation. Currently I provide Corporate Yoga for companies via my foundation named Ancient Yoga Consulting. Within our workshop we do provide group activities towards corporate awareness via yoga and I do get benefit of new idea’s for my yoga seminar, workshop and camp. Thank you very much for all the info.

While I know it is important for the Silva method to be marketed, I think it would be even better to have more free options and downloads for those who can not afford the program, and also to add more communications plus member advantages.

I did my BLS in Jan’98 at Nagpur, India. My wife Dr. Vibha, son Chaitanya and daughter Narayani are also Silva Graduates. I along with my wife have also done “Ultra”. It is a few years now that I’ve been working with your father’s method, and like many practicioners, maintaining concentration and focus is a major issue. In the last year or so, what I personally find extremely helpful is to put my thoughts into vocalized words, so that at level I hear myself thinking out loud. Hope this helps others too!

I have been an avid reader of all Silva ideas. Over time I read and benefited from others also, like Deepak Chpra and Denis Whitley. Rest assured I have loved and benefited the most from your method. But I must say I benefited the maximum by employing an acronym RRR (Reaffirm, reiterate and Rehearse relentlessly) to affirm all requisite values into belief while being at Alpha level or otherwise. But of course maximum benefits came about while being in the Alpha-state ….. So thank you Silva.

We have met several times. I am a graduate of,
the Basic course;
the Graduate course;
the Ultra course;
the Super Mind course;
your Healing work shop course; and
the Relaxation Instructor course.
I have spent ten days in Laredo and recycled with your dad. I have recycled several times the Basic, Graduate, Ultra and Healing courses. I have bought two Silva biofeedback machines, bought Better and Better vitamins, and have observed, that your have gotten prettier and prettier, since we first met more than twenty five years ago.
I use the Silva mediation system everyday, and still seek deeper and deeper results. Jose Silva has certainly been a pivotal experience in my life. Thanks.

peoples in their needs. Every city should have its own network cell where we can get inmediate help, in all aspects related with the Silva method.

Networks like “myspace” + “facebook” are the two biggest ones I can think of that have the ability to connect people in the Silva community to outreach world wide. I recommend having existing members start a group on those networks or other networks to better serve one another. I am extremely excited for the Silva Mind Power Center, and look forward to its potential growth over the following months. Also, after attending Oprah’s online class on Mondays I wondered if the Silva Community could utilize some of the same technologies to communicate a Silva Class on a scheduled basis. Again, thank you for everything your doing and I appreciate the growth in you have provided in my conscious awareness. Namaste!

I would like to see and introduction to meditation for infants to toddlers using the alpha waves.. it would not only usefull for our furture children but to any handycapped , disabled or mentally challanged people. Starting out with sound then visial.
I took the Silva Method course with Vernon Webb in 1994 and then a refresher with Burt Goldman a few years later. The Silva cottage groups that I have participated in have been rewarding and very powerful. I am so happy to see that so many resources are available to help graduates expand their knowledge and abilities and spread the word on the Silva Method.

this site is becoming more and more better and better!!! well, i think we could all contribute to this this is how:
1) giving some outlet for the fresh graduates a platform sort of thing to interact with the old graduates so they can share their experiences and add and improve on their own techniques.
2) taking a monthly survery according to each area -for that sake appointing a surveyor for that particular area who will take charge of communicating the survey to you and make it available to the other graduates.
3) for those who wish to learn or need help in any areas of the silva method a special interactive sitelike the one you have now. but this willbe totally devoted to practicing the silva method-i mean suggestions on techniques of the silva method for those who need them.
4) and last and very important i feel is regarding your fee structure-to those who cannot afford this fee- at least in the initial stages help them learn this course for an affordable fee- because i believe whoever learns the silva method does get his fees multiplied 4-5 times at least what he spends on the fees.so that should not be a problem.

What has been offered is already great, but what is to come is even greater and better. As we know that technology changes very fast so are those at silva are already above par in handing out materials to those interested in the course or others. From the e-mels read, I noticed that the changes made had already excites everyone including me. I sincerely hope that the changes made benefited and enriched the
lives of everybody who choose to be with The Silve Mind Centre.
