We’ve been hard at work putting these video’s together. After spending a few days with Laura Silva Quesada, we are finally able to unveil the most anticipated online video series to 212,000 members (and growing!) of our Silva Community.
In this 1st video, Laura Silva Quesada recaps how she asked our community to answer a survey on how Silva practitioners are maintaining their practice of the Silva Method. We recieved 1,192 excellent comments and questions that Laura will be addressing.
Part 1: Introduction & The Importance of Meeting Other Silva Graduates
Here are the first comments that she’ll be talking about:
“Helping to put Silva graduates in touch with each other could be very helpful. Few of the graduates would probably love the opportunity to network with each other”
“I have always had a problem with staying motivated. I’m laughing as I type this, but I would like to be able to do something once and have permanent results. Of course this is not possible! Maybe meeting with other Silva graduates in my area would be a great motivator.”
“I first got interested in Jose Silva and the Mind Control Method in 1966. I met Jose in the early 80’s in Seattle and took a workshop. I even considered being a Silva instructor at one time. How can the Silva Method organization make sure I have the self disipline to work-out, eat right, meditate, and be an overall good citizen of Earth. It does make sense for you to provide an environment with forums, blog-assistance, and tele-seminars where motivated people can gather to stay motivated.”

Part 2: How Do I Find The Time To Meditate?
Laura discusses how you can manage your time as well as the optimal amount of time required to achieve results in the Silva Method. Watch this video to get an understanding of how simple it is, really, to practice meditation.
She answers the following:
“I am finding it difficult to keep practicing going to level. I either forget to practice or will not get time to do it. Can you please suggest a way to program my mind so that I will practice going to the level everyday?”
“I’d like to be able to improve my time management, especially if you are a full-time wife, mom, and teacher. Time is precious too. How can we allocate time for ourselves?”

Part 3: Getting The Right Guidance
In this response to a humourous comment, Laura addresses how you can get the most intimate kind of guidance for the Silva Method.
“Honestly I don’t know. You’ve given us the tools. It’s really up to us to use them. You can’t come over to our houses and make us go to Level every day can you?”

Part 4: How Important is Caseworking?
Many comments from the Silva Community talks about the limited resources available to practice a very important part of the Silva Method, caseworking.
“In the two day class we get an hour or two hours to practice remotely finding abnormalities and healing. But after that class I never tried it. Is there any chance you will be able to set up small communities in cities where people trained in silva meet up and practive once in a week or two weeks just like how toastmasters is conducted once in a week in many places.”
