Happy Hol­i­days Laura and to all those at Silva. I have been learn­ing and prac­tic­ing the Silva lessons for only a few weeks, start­ing with the 9 free lessons and have now pur­chased the Silva Life Sys­tem. Hi Laura,

Merry Christ­mas to you, all your fam­ily, all the Silva Team and all the peo­ple in the world!

I’m glad to tell you that I showed this video to my 19 year old son, and I asked him this ques­tion: How old do you think she is?

His answer was: “Don’t know… 40?” In fact we agreed you seem to be around 35–40. He was gladly sur­prised when I told him you are 2 years older than me, and that that is the effect of being all the time on a pos­i­tive atti­tude about life.
